我真的要好好的評論一下這家店的服務。我訂的是商務套房。在房間裏辦公桌上竟然紙和筆找不到。用房間的電話打前台撥，所有的按鍵都撥不到給前台。然後用官方的號碼撥前台也是不行。結果特意從13樓跑到前台去拿一支筆和紙。這個服務已經讓我很無語了。更無語的還在後麪，早上7點多房間的電話響了，還有機器人到門口，還有人按門鍾。不知道哪裡搞錯了，既然有人來住我的房間，早上7點多。💔那人離開了，電話又響了。前台的服務生這樣問我是不是住在這房間？還問我叫什麼名字，説這房間沒有人住的，真是無語到極限。試想一下，早上7點多給這樣一折騰還能睡覺嗎？我是經常出差住酒店從來沒有遇到過這麼奇葩的服務。那天晚上我們一共在這裏訂了4間房。早餐很差。服務很差。反正就是差評一個。本來對這個品牌的酒店還是很熱衷的，經常會住的，但這家店的服務真的是有待改進啊。

凱里亞德這個品牌的酒店第一次住，感覺非常的舒適，設施非常現代化，打掃的很乾凈，床品都很舒適，前台服務非常的熱情，在旅途中得到了充分的休息，選擇她們家是一次極其舒適的體驗，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，不錯喲
