Room is very basic but location wise is plus point. Able to slightly early check in. Got a nice cafe at the lobby which is helpful if need to buy a cup of coffee. Housekeeping is ok and they do the cleaning for our stays.

Worst hotel ever being a regular guest from past 10 year booking up to 10 rooms each stay, they treated as they dont know me, paid for the breakfast though trip.com and missing my morning breakfast need to wait up to half hr for only 2 lift servicing the whole hotel... they say not their problem as breakfast paid to trip.com Don't trip.com pay them for breakfast they charge us? Also they don't want to give any better rooms or benefits as they been giving to me in the past as a regular guest.... they told me to book directly if want to enjoy their free perks...... Room door was broken... the head of house keeping told me off first day didn have time to see and will do later?? When ? When I check out? Each time open the door there is a load banging sound The kettle was disgusting there where black stuff floating all over when I boil the water, so unhygienic they don't wanna give me extra water too and want to charge me can you believe it?... Someone in the early morning barged into my door I got scared for my safety.... I went to tell the manager downstairs and he told me off it's your problem that's what the dnd sign is for.... Can you believe the audacity the manager with glasses name jerre have toward their loyal guest... Didn't care attitude at all I felt this trip wasn't worth even a dollar Worse managers sick attitude always

Amazing housekeeping team. Amara and Drissel is amazing in particular. The room is so tidy and clean every single day. Unfortunately the room is very very old. Shower hose in the bathtub in room 579 is broken. The shower cubicle is 1m x 1m so very small and the seal was broken so water leaked everywhere. There is a slow lift.

Staff need to understand ‘do not disturb’ - cannot call at 9am to ask if you want service - if there is do not disturb Lifts are a big issue - wait for very long. Stairs to go 1 floor down for main door - inconvenient for elderlies

Excellent room size compared to London, hotels, and extremely nice location, near attractions and shopping area. The surface is at minimum but very good in general. The interior design could be better. But it’s functional..

Hotel is kind of old and not quite clean. Range of breakfast is relatively limited

Great location,normal food, Pricey, good housekeeping coming every day morning, escalator one side, if there’s another one to go up will be perfect and more comfortable.

Good experience! Unexpected early check-in in the morning when I thought I would only be allowed to drop my luggage at the concierge and back later for check-in. The lady made my day when she said my room was ready. The room was a decent size, clean and had bright lights. The bathroom was clean too. Just thought that the restaurant could be updated a bit. Good variety of food for breakfast. The only downside is that too many people standing at the front door smoking even though there was the “No Smoking” sign. Else, the hotel was convenient to visiting places such as Buckingham Palace, shopping and if you need to travel to St Pancras Station, you can get bus 30 just next to the hotel itself.

Location is good, toilet don’t have the shower curtain or door, whole toilet floor will be float after one shower. No auto refill on complimentary mini bar even thou of multiple nights stay
