Sens Hotel Spa + Conference Ubud Town Centre Reviews

We booked this hotel for the location and to join some tours around Ubud. They have great location, service, above average breakfast, and clean rooms. Welcome drinks were much needed upon arrival. Definitely worth the money you spend. We highly recommend staying here.

Excellent service with very courteous staff. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Special appreciation for providing a wide range of vegetarian food options without egg. Overall, a great stay and I would love to visit again.

I arrived at 2:30 PM and was offered a welcome drink and snacks while waiting to check in. I booked a twin room and was given a premium twin on the top floor with a sofa bed. It had great natural light and the room wasn't damp at all. The bathroom was a bit small but very compact, and there was plenty of hot water. The swimming pool was clean, and the spa and gym were fully equipped. The restaurant offered local food at reasonable prices.

Swimming pool very good, My kids played in it and towels very bad and midnights manager very rude , I told him I would complain , he said you cns complaint whatever and he didn't care

The room had a strange and very uncomfortable smell. It made our one-night stay unbearable, and they wouldn't even let us check out a day early.

If you are looking for convenience, this is the place. The location is absolutely superb; we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Beyond the great location, the experience inside the hotel was wonderful. The staff was professional, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. The service was prompt and efficient. We couldn't have asked for a better spot for our vacation.

Very satisfied with the hotel, it is really comfortable to stay! Definitely a must try!

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. I had a good experience.

The hotel room was very clean, but the bath towels were incredibly dirty, you could see the stains! Even after asking housekeeping to change them, they were still the same! Everything else was fine! The breakfast was rich, diverse, and delicious!

This hotel was located right in the heart of Ubud. The room was quiet and comfortable. We were greeted warmly with a welcome drink and desert and the hotel stored our bags until our room was ready. There was a nice pool in the centre with a small number of sun lounges. There was a small gym located in the spa area. The hotel was nice and the staff were exceptional, but there just wasn’t much atmosphere. For example because the gym was in the spa area there was relaxing spa music playing, which was strange to do a workout.

Value for money. Amenities were clean and good for me.

We had a wonderful stay at SenS Hotel and Spa Ubud. The location is perfect – central, yet peaceful, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the main attractions in Ubud. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were kind, attentive, and always smiling, making us feel truly welcome. Great breakfast, relaxing pool area, and overall excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again! 🌿✨
