Excellent hotel with superb service. During check-in, our receptionist Da Tingting 大婷婷 was very prompt in assigning room and provided us all the information to explore the resort. We added wechat to communicate during our stay and she was very fast to respond to our requests, including asking for more bottles of water than provided, setting up our room's hot spring for us and also arranging for buggy ride to the main building for breakfast next morning. She also extended our checkout by 1 hour upon requests. Ramada Guergou is the best hotel we stayed at during our Chuanxi roadtrip. The breakfast had variety and quality. And the experience here is definitely worth the money spent.

Take the whole family to the hot springs here, start from Chengdu, drive for about three hours to arrive. The meal is also used in the hotel, the taste is very good, the hotel stays. Guests can go to the hot springs at any time and feel very comfortable.

To eat nearby, you need to drive down the mountain to Gulugou Town. The beef and offal hot pot and barbecue in the town are also delicious, and it is mainly affordable.

It's still quite old. Fortunately, Mei Zi at the reception desk was very nice and the room attendant service was also good. The software part is pretty good, but the hardware part really needs to be strengthened. The hotel is a bit old, the facilities and equipment are not well maintained, and the room hygiene is not good! Overall, the price/performance ratio is average. Won't go in the near future.

The room has floor heating and does not feel cold, but there are obvious depressions in some places on the wooden floor. The hotel has only one restaurant, breakfast and a la carte are together. We had a simple dinner. The dishes are expensive and standard, and the waiting time is very long, starting from half an hour (because there are many team-building activities here). Breakfast is a very ordinary hotel breakfast, nothing good to comment. In summary, I observed that this hotel has many "team-building activities", and it feels that it is not an ideal place for individual travelers like us to vacation. The cost performance is very low. If you want to check in, I think you can just buy a hot spring ticket, take a bath, and take pictures. The stay experience is really average.
