The experience was quite good! What impressed me most was the meticulous attention to detail. Not only was the room well-designed, but the amenities were also smart and convenient. There was a robot delivering items, and when I asked the staff if they had any deliveries, they delivered a small snack. And since it was a holiday, they even sent handwritten cards – all of which showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. The staff always anticipated our needs, providing attentive and thoughtful service without being intrusive. The location is excellent, with convenient dining, entertainment, and other nearby activities. A small, beautiful gift was also presented upon check-out, a truly heartwarming experience. This went beyond a simple stay; it felt like a journey of meticulous hospitality. It was an excellent value, and I would definitely choose this hotel for a return visit. My next trip to Tibet might be next year, so I didn't miss it.
