Good hotel, very beautiful Clean, Safe, Many of Parking lots We'll come again.

Let down by the lack of customer service that could’ve resulted in a much better experience. Housekeeping sporadic. Restaurant choice pretty good. Nice bar Although at the quiet end of the trip access to the monorail was great

Best for business trip and also you can enjoy a lot with everything in the facilities.

Overcharged booked a double bed and was given a room with one bed(with my teenage son) Restroom wasn’t clean and was told that there wasn’t any on shift to clean it(but when I got back to my room it was cleaned)

Room is wide, clean and nice. The hotel location is nearby rail station, very convinient.

I actually booked two rooms and both of them were pretty clean. Customer service was pretty good. One one the rooms were missing an iron and didn't have enough towels, but they helped us right away. This hotel is on the smaller side, so it's unlikely you'll get lost. One of the great things about this place is that they have free parking. Just leave your car there and get a multi-day pass for the monorail to travel through the *****. They also have a nice size pool for 21 and up only. It's not crowded so that gives you a little space in the pools or on the chairs. The cost of staying in the Sahara may be a little lower, but you'll be staying far away from everything else. I'll stay here again when there's a deal for the rooms.

I don't think the room is terrible. The room is spacious; the bed is wide; the couch is large; the restroom is clean. I was just a bit upset by the mirrors since they are everywhere: left of the bed, right of the bed, and above the bed on the ceiling.

Great place and super convenient to the drugstore and monorail! Was able to load up on snacks and drinks on foot, and get around the ***** without stepping too long in the Vegas heat! Looking forward to staying here again soon.

The service it is ok but in the pool area the table all are reserv I can found place to sit

I checked into the hotel, paid $20 for a early check in, immediately entering the room, noticed a wad of chewed up gum on the table; sticky yellowish stains on the table, long hairs all over the bathroom floor and the refrigerator was dirty in the inside…They didn’t offer to do anything other than send housekeeping to fix it; the housekeeping supervisor was delightful! I have worked and managed hotels in WA for 9 years, the level of customer service will make me not want to EVER stay there again; even if you paid me!
