特別感謝美豪麗致酒店蘭州店全體工作人員的熱情招待，這是我在各地美豪麗致酒店度過的一個最難忘的生日。 入住前，酒店前台的小姐姐打電話來諮詢我對於房間是否有要求，因為看到號碼是異地的，我就拒絕接聽了。到店辦理入住時，前台小姐姐第一時間來門口迎接我，並且詢問我入住人姓名，小姐姐知道我的姓名後連忙説，之前給我打電話是想諮詢我對於入住的房間是否有要求，我也做了解釋。之後，小姐姐給了我們一杯暖心茶水，在辦理入住的過程中，她真很有心，看到是我的生日之後送給我一個生日禮物，是一個恆温水杯。我原本以為服務止步於此，但真的遠遠超過了我的預期！我和愛人詢問她哪裡有喝茶的地方，因為我還有朋友要來拜訪，她跟我們介紹了酒店周邊的茶樓，最後她領我們到酒店五樓餐廳的雅座，並且讓餐廳的工作人員給我們泡了一壺紅茶，還給我們介紹了酒店的深夜一碗麪，是蘭州牛肉麪。 送走朋友之後，我看到她給我發了一條消息，她已經為我準備好了生日蛋糕，我連忙表示感謝，服務真的很周到、貼心，原本開了一天的車，讓我的身心得到了放鬆和愉悦。因為正在五樓吃牛肉麪，小姐姐和我約定好時間十點送蛋糕到房間，我和愛人到房間後，小姐姐隨後也上來了，除了蛋糕之外，還有她給我們的手寫信，我真有被感動到，真的是我入住的所有酒店中最暖心的一家店！美豪麗致酒店蘭州店真的深入我心。中午和愛人開車出門，小姐姐也怕我們趕時間，特意為我們將退房時間延遲到下午三點，真的能深刻的感受到她是在為我們着想。退房時，看到前台有很多人，我把房卡直接放在前台就退房了，沒想到在我們出停車場的時候，有一個小哥哥在停車場等我，還為我們贈送了兩瓶礦泉水，這是在其他酒店從未體驗到的服務！ 下次來蘭州還會選擇這家店，再次感謝美豪麗致酒店的小哥哥小姐姐們周到服務，也祝你們生意長虹！

Very convenient location right by the train station and close to lots of great food options. Staff were helpful and assisted in extending our stay. Laundry machine is available but you have to have your own detergent. Complimentary alcohol wipes, face wash, and other goodies were much appreciated.

Although room is small it is well designed. All the required amenties are available. Loved the free use of washing machine and dryer. Excellent reception service. Location is right next to Lanzhou train station.

The hotel is located about 20 min walk from train station. If you have a big bag take a taxi for CNY10. The receptionists are all super friendly and helpful especially Xiao Meng who walked me to a local restaurant nearby knowing I couldn’t read Chinese signboard. The room is clean and comfortable and has a massage chair - very nice. Free use of microwave and water cooler. The only problem when I was there is there was constructions nearby so iit was noisy even at night. Ask for a room facing a different side might help.

The location is excellent, across a small street from the Yellow River, with a great river view. Unfortunately, I stayed there for two days and it rained every day, so I didn't see the sunrise. The night view is still good. The basic facilities of the room are the basic facilities of Atour. The room is relatively large, the activities are very convenient, the hot water is particularly hot, the bath is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the sleep is quiet, and the water of Baisui Mountain is unlimited. Service is also a feature of Atour. There is a concierge guide downstairs. The front desk is on the 44th floor. The cleaning staff greeted us when they met. The service was very enthusiastic. The front desk also helped to heat up the packed meals. The breakfast is good. In addition to the basic Chinese and Western styles, there are local beef noodles, vermicelli, and tofu pudding, which taste good. There is an Oriental Palace in the next building, which is a 100-meter walk. The beef noodles and local specialties are good, and it is very convenient to eat. When I came, there was a parking space downstairs. The hotel provided free parking tickets, which was very convenient. When I checked in on the first day, there was only one bath towel in the bathroom. This little mistake was a bit low-level. There were two long hairs on the ground, and I didn't have long hair. Overall it's good and worth staying.

Thinking about finding a family to stay for one night, I was pleasantly surprised to stay. The front desk service is particularly good, the room is very clean, the facilities and equipment in the room are also very good, there is a light next to the mirror in the bathroom, it looks very warm, and it is also very good-looking. The decoration of the room looks very warm and warm. The TV and air conditioning equipment are complete, the hot water in the room is also very hot, and I will choose their home next time I stay.

The hotel is in a great location, opposite the Gansu Provincial Government and very close to the pedestrian street. The front desk lady was very nice and helped me upgrade to a quiet room. I have stayed at Hilton hotels many times along the way, and this brand is trustworthy. My favorite thing is the breakfast vegetable salad at Hilton Hotel

The location is very good! It is very close to the night market, shopping malls, Zhongshan Bridge, etc. The room settings are also good. I booked a twin room with comfortable bedding and pillows. The shower water is big and hot. The only downside is that the aromatherapy in the corridor is not good and the attitude of the female receptionist at the front desk is average. The parking lot attendant is very nice, but I am not satisfied with the female receptionist at the front desk.

It's not far from Xiguan Food Street. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The main thing is that it is hygienic and clean. The important thing is that the toiletries are packaged. The bed was okay, but there was a little bit of car noise from the road. Value for money is okay

The first question: I can’t believe that there is only one elevator in the entire hotel. I encountered elevator maintenance that day, so I ran up the stairs and collapsed! (The guy at the front desk carried my two big suitcases to the sixth floor) My child is less than two years old, so he has to be carried upstairs by adults! Second question: There is only one check-in counter in the hotel lobby, so how can one be enough when there are many guests? There was also a self-service check-in machine at the counter, but I was told that it couldn't be used. In the end, I had to check in at only one counter! The third question: There is a fence at the entrance of the hotel. You cannot enter the hotel immediately after getting off the taxi. You must get off at the intersection a little behind and walk to the hotel. This is not recommended for those with children and a lot of luggage. You must walk to the intersection every time you go out to take a taxi. . The fourth question: On that day, I offered to voluntarily add money to change to a larger and better room type, so I referred to Ctrip’s pictures. I was later told that the pictures were different from the real rooms because the room type pictures had not been updated in time. As a professional hotel brand, the above points are very disappointing! I don't give negative reviews because I don't want to be disturbed.
