Very convenient location right by the train station and close to lots of great food options. Staff were helpful and assisted in extending our stay. Laundry machine is available but you have to have your own detergent. Complimentary alcohol wipes, face wash, and other goodies were much appreciated.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, the front desk is very polite, and the public area is fresh. But it feels different when you go to the room! The bed was very comfortable and the toilet space was very sufficient. I saw two cockroaches. My boyfriend helped to deal with it. The location was very convenient. The subway station was right next to it and the train station was next to it. It was a good choice for friends who came to travel.

Walking into the room of Atour Hotel, I was immediately attracted by its spaciousness and cleanliness. Every detail in the room seemed to be carefully taken care of. I put down my luggage and walked to the window, and an amazing super night view immediately came into view. The lights of the city flickered like a sea of stars, and the Yellow River was downstairs. It was the right choice to choose this hotel. The next day, I was about to pack up and go out, and I heard a knock on the door. I opened the door and a smiling staff member stood outside the door. Her name is Kaiyan, and she is the aunt in charge of cleaning the room. She gently asked me if I needed help and asked if I needed to clean up. I said I could clean now. She was skilled and gentle, so I packed up and went out. While tidying up the room, Kaiyan noticed the clothes I soaked in the basin. She took the initiative to help me wash them. She not only washed the clothes cleanly, but also carefully helped me iron them flat. When I came back and saw those neat and new clothes, I couldn't help but feel a warm current in my heart. Kaiyan's service is not only considerate, but also full of care. Her smile and enthusiasm made me feel at home. I spent several wonderful nights in this spacious and tidy room. The room is very clean and the soundproofing is relatively good. The front desk was very considerate and gave me a breakfast coupon (quàn). The not-so-greasy and pure home-cooked food is delicious. There is a direct drinking machine in the room so you don’t have to worry about not getting hot water. All in all, it’s great. One experience, Sanyuanli will be your first choice next time

The location is very good! It is very close to the night market, shopping malls, Zhongshan Bridge, etc. The room settings are also good. I booked a twin room with comfortable bedding and pillows. The shower water is big and hot. The only downside is that the aromatherapy in the corridor is not good and the attitude of the female receptionist at the front desk is average. The parking lot attendant is very nice, but I am not satisfied with the female receptionist at the front desk.

Stayed for three days and was very satisfied in every aspect. I originally booked it for only one day, but I renewed it for another day and another day. I loved it so much that I couldn't bear to leave.
First, we entered the hotel lobby to check in. The front desk staff enthusiastically poured a cup of hot tea. Check-in was also very fast and we quickly arrived at the room.
The room feels very open as soon as you open it, and the design and layout are very natural.
The room is fully intelligent, with a very cute Xiaodu, who can turn on the lights, turn on the TV, open the curtains, etc. Just call Xiaodu, and you can also chat with Xiaodu. There are robots delivering takeaways and missing items. During my three-day stay, the robots came nine times. I really like the cute robots.

GGuest UserNice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

Perfekt stay, Thank you! Absolut worth to mention: very very good Matratze! Normale in China they are too Hard - but this one was Heaven so we stayed longer then planed

Location: 5th floor, SOHO office building, Lanzhou Center, with excellent geographical environment, next to Lanzhou Center Mall, opposite Gansu Provincial Museum, one-stop food, drink and entertainment
Service: Lucky Xu, the front desk, was warm and polite, thoughtful and meticulous, and also carefully introduced the surrounding special snacks and delicious beef noodle restaurants to me. I give a thumbs up to Lucky Xu's excellence

It is one subway stop from Lanzhou West Station. It is close.
There are night markets, clothing stores, and shopping centers nearby.
There are Lanzhou Wukong noodles, etc., so you can eat cheaply.
There is a supermarket nearby.
It is easy to get to other places by bus and subway.
The rooms are non-smoking.
There is a water purifier.
It is good to eat and rest in the common area.
There is a space to dry your laundry.
Cons.
They smoke in the common area.
This is a pro if you are a smoker.
It was hard to find the entrance. I walked around the building.

Other information
The Lanzhou Xingu Bus does not accept Alipay for foreigners. You can only board with cash. Prepare cash. 2 yuan.
If you go one block east, there is a night market. There is a shopping center with Uniqlo.
Laundry is 5 yuan. The laundry dries quickly.
If you want a place close to Lanzhou West Station, this is a good choice.

JJinzhulamuYou can walk or take a taxi from the high-speed rail station. The starting price of a taxi in Tianshui is 5 yuan. It is close to the Gansu Provincial Museum. There are buses and subways nearby, which is very convenient. The interior of the room is comfortable and the bedding is comfortable. I recommend it if you want to stay near the West Railway Station.

… this is the hotel to stay especially if you are an independent traveller!
Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
