Room space very big, we can see shn set and sun rise from foof top, parking space is big, everthing i need i got in this hotel. Water pressure shower also best

Didn’t get the room with sea view this time round. Housekeeping is earlier but they did not replace the towels after taking the used ones including bath mat. Luckily I was travelling alone so there’s another set of towels in the bathroom.

I always choose this hotel in langkawi as it is nearby my kids boarding school. Plenty of parking space. And near to the mall. Food is reasonably priced, considering this is a hotel. We booked seaview room and the sunset view are amazing!

In Langkawi, I can live in such a big room, with a washing machine, a swimming pool, and a big supermarket nearby. It feels very good to travel by car. The downside is that the hotel name is not standardized, there is no hotel reception, and the owner or staff did not give a reminder in the system, you need to make a local call to solve the problem, and the WIFI password in the room was not provided in time

The sea view outside the hotel is good, and the sunset every night is beautiful, but it is a certain distance from the beach, and it takes an hour to take a taxi back and forth every day. If there are ants in the house, the food must be cleaned promptly.

The location is good in the town of Kuala Langkawi. The apartment has a large living room and complete supporting facilities. There is also a swimming pool and a simple gym on the eighth floor. The hygiene is also ok. It is convenient for eating and shopping nearby. It is not far from the pier. The landlord is a beautiful woman who can speak Chinese. She is very polite and patient. Not only did she agree to make advance changes in the itinerary, but she also helped arrange the two-day tour itinerary and followed up all the way. It was a very cost-effective apartment stay experience

The hotel is a bit secluded and far from everything but I guess that’s why many people who chose to stay here love it here. It’s away from the traffic noise, so it’s really queit. It’s on top of a hill, and the rooms are surrounded by nature. Please expect some noise if your room is facing the pool. There are also live music on some nights that last till 11pm or so, so do take note if you need to sleep early! The staff are really friendly and helpful too. They’d be more than willing to assist you in your Langkawi itinerary if you have any questions. The breakfast for me was a bit lacklustre. Nothing wow about it, very basic. Please also not that there are no fridge in the room.

I recently stayed at The Westin Langkawi, and it was an incredible experience. Situated right by the beach, the hotel offers breathtaking views that create a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The property is expansive and well-maintained, with a focus on sustainability, including their own organic farming for fresh produce. The breakfast spread was extensive and catered to a wide range of tastes, ensuring a delightful start to the day. While Indian food was available, the options were somewhat limited. However, the quality of the food overall was excellent. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure all our needs were met. I would highly recommend The Westin Langkawi for anyone seeking a luxurious and peaceful beachside getaway. My Room was Garden View

My stay at the St. Regis Langkawi was underwhelming. Despite the high price tag, the room was average at best, with outdated decor and amenities. The service was lacking, with slow response times and a lack of attention to detail. I arrived with my guests for a short 3 days 2 nights getaway. It started when we arrived we were told the hotel is experiencing high occupancy and was told to wait till it was past check-in time for check in. We were also told to check daily with the concierge to see if we could get a late checkout. We booked 3 rooms but in the end only 2 were granted the request. I was told to wait at a meeting room while waiting for my guests from the other 2 rooms which I rejected. After repeated requests with the concierge the manager stepped in and put us at another room with default while waiting for our guests. The breakfast staffs were excellent and prompt in delivering world class service. However the dining options were overpriced and the overall atmosphere felt impersonal. I expected more from a luxury hotel like the St. Regis, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. I told the manager that I might not consider St Regis Langkawi again.
