I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wings Croske Resort Langkawi, and it exceeded all my expectations for the price that I've paid. The hotel's staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, offering modern amenities and comfortable furnishings. The on-site dining options were superb, with a diverse menu of delicious dishes. Additionally, the hotel's facilities, including the pool and fitness center. Overall, my stay was truly unforgettable, and I can't wait to return

Excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious and very tidy with good facilities.
The restaurant is superb and makes excellent pizzas.
The swimming pool and gym are both fabulous.

A great address in Langkawi!
Beautiful Resort with great facilities!
The room was very clean and seemed brand new.
Cigar club is gorgeous.
The pool is nice and the mountain and sea view is gorgeous!
We loved the music band at the restaurant in the evening.

They wanted to enter my room and spray chemicals for pest control in the room while guests were in and sleeping that night again in the room. See attachment, they even gave us written Infos that they enter our room, spray chemicals and we should cover our things!! It was a nightmare!!!! Staff on reception is friendly but poorly trained, they don't know anything, are not helpful and are generally overwhelmed with everything. Terrible service! No customer service at all!
Don't book with reception, it is more expensive than booking online. The hotel loses money every day and don't recognize it...
Rooms are dark, old, worn out with decoration from the seventies... You even can't open the window - like in prison!! The rooms urgently in need of renovation!!!!!!!

The stay was great and really easy for first time travellers travelling to Langkawi since the hotel was really near the airport. The room we stayed in had a great view and the service was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helped out a lot when we needed it. Would stay there again if we ever go to Langkawi.

Pros :
- good front office staff, bellman and security.
- nice pool and nearby LGK Airport.
- huge and beautiful lobby.
- free parking.
- good and tasteful breakfast.
Cons :
- water pressure too slow.
- water heater for hot not function especially in bathtub.
- not clean water.
- no iron, iron board and telephone in the room. Message their cellphone number provided, but no answer. Went to front office to request iron and ironboard, but until check out iron not deliver.
- unstable wifi connection, thus tv not functioning.
