This hotel was really lovely. The room photos don't really do it justice. There are two terraces, one at the front and one at the back, which is right by the canal. We had a great time just sitting there with the dog and watching the water. The different spaces around the grounds are super nice for chilling as well. The bed is very comfortable and the bathtub is 😍. When you get in, they let you pick the toiletries you prefer, which was a nice touch. There is also a welcome snack in the room - great after the drive in. The breakfast is at a larger canteen next door, and was surprisingly good. Not just your standard chinese set but a decent selection of options - eggs, salad, cereal, fruit, plus all the basic chinese breakfast items. The only recommendations would be blackout curtains and bit better sound isolation with next door rooms. Our neighbors went to sleep early but it could be a bit of an issue if they hadn't.

It’s been a year since I came to this small shop again, Shuguo is still so friendly, the room is clean, bright, and the minimalist style is very attractive. The food in the restaurant is delicious, especially the peppery chicken in stone pot. Jiangnan rarely eats such delicious and spicy food. It's amazing, but unfortunately I was too hungry to take pictures. It’s a rare day off to listen to music while the wind is blowing by the river in the hot summer. This time I lived in a room on the first floor with a small yard. The dog in the store has also grown big. The staff didn’t change much. It’s home, full of familiarity, the three small villas are all facing the river, the scenery is not bad, it’s a pity that I didn’t see the sunset this time, and I’ll come back next time. Friendly reminder: The village is not big, and there are many small roads. After arriving in the village, it is recommended to call the housekeeper to ask for directions to park. Sometimes the housekeeper is more clear about emergencies.

After booking, the housekeeper contacted in advance to determine the itinerary and meals. During the Qingming holiday, I brought pets and upgraded our family room with a large area. As soon as I arrived at the housekeeper, I helped with my luggage. The service was also in place after check-in, and I could help us temporarily add meals. The sanitation of the homestay is very good, the smart toilet, Xiaomi smart TV, and the environmental view are great! Before leaving, I also sent a small gift, very happy and satisfied with a trip! There is also a puppy named niaoniao who is very obedient, sensible, sticky and welcoming.

Went on a Friday and there were not many guests. The swimming pool can be reserved and the water quality is particularly clean. It's a surprise for someone like me who pays more attention to hygiene. The lady at the front desk directly helped upgrade the panoramic room and gave me a cup of coffee. The breakfast is also good. The room is well soundproofed and quiet. The bedding is comfortable and the toiletries are L'Occitane Sakura Shower Gel. Great!

So I booked the parent-child pastoral landscape suite with bunk beds. We are a group of 5 people, 2 adults, 1 elderly, 1 child, and 1 baby. They are fully able to live in. Watching their home live, it’s as beautiful as in the video! I really like the style of their building and the interior of the room, and all the details are in place. I can see that the landlord, as an architect, is really hard at creating a habitat for their family of five. The room is very wide, I really like the pure large French windows in the north and south, and the view and landscape are very good. Inside, there are many architectural details with old wood as components, as well as old furniture collected by the landlord, which complements the simple and minimalist style of the interior. The combination of new and old furniture does not violate the harmony. I especially like the design of their inner courtyard. The plants are delicate to the stone quilt, which seems casual, but is actually carefully arranged. In short, I was intoxicated, but it was a pity that I didn’t have time to savor it for one night. Children like the upper bunk like a loft very much. No child can refuse the space like a secret base! I have been arguing to renew my stay, but because there are arrangements for the next day, otherwise he will definitely meet his wish. Talking with the host and hostess, you can feel that they are peaceful, simple and warm people, and they have their own unique persistence in children's education, which is rare today. There are also thoughtful gifts prepared when you leave. I am very grateful for this encounter, and I hope I can come back to experience other rooms again.
