We were give room on the 3rd floor for our return stay, the WiFi connection was terrible, there were some kind of red stains on one of our bath towel. No bottle mineral waters were provided to us at all. The walls have some brown stain that looks like coffee stained as well. Bed was not comfortable and we didn’t really sleep well.

I don’t like the smell in the bathroom. The room is quite small. But you have every thing you may need in the room: fridge, a cattle, hairdryer, flat tv screen and a bathtub.

Good location, near the shopping street, and there are few convenient stores nearby. The view of my room can see the Kumamoto castle! Not a big room, but you will get all the things you need inside the room. Good for couple or Busines trip, quite a comfy and clean environment to stay.

You can see Kumamoto Castle from the rooftop of this hotel. It's also close to Kamidori Street, making it a very convenient location for dining and shopping. It would be great if they offered free soft drinks for a set period of time, rather than just one.

I thought the exterior would look a little old, but when I went in, it was a very clean and beautiful hotel! When I got off the elevator on the 7th floor, there was an amazing smell that was soothing every time! There was a convenience store and a Kumamoto ramen shop called Akagumi nearby, and Kumamoto Castle was right in front of me, so I really enjoyed my trip to Kumamoto! The bathroom was clean, the toilet seat was warm, and the bed was super comfortable. I usually have trouble falling asleep, but I was able to sleep soundly! It was a really comfortable hotel and I'd like to stay here again if I go to Kumamoto! Thank you! This is the castle that you can see from in front of the hotel!

I was debating between two hotels, but decided on this one because they were so kind to me when I inquired the day before. I stayed in a twin room. You can see Kumamoto Castle and it's within walking distance. You can also walk to the downtown area. There are three affiliated parking lots.
