|0.7km from downtownThe hotel has no breakfast, the decoration is more traditional and old, and there are more mosquitoes. General rooms do not have air conditioning, they are old fans. If you need air conditioning, you need to adjust the room. But the hotel service is very good, there is a swimming pool, the waiters are very kind!

|2.62km from downtownAlthough it is a little far from the city center, it was a very good hotel. Breakfast included bread, coffee (or tea), which was very appreciated.
The hotel staff were kind and very friendly, so I was very satisfied. Also, when I told them that my room key had broken, they immediately replaced my room, so their service was very satisfactory.
I got a stay that was worth more than the price.

|0.68km from downtownThe reason I can't give it a full 5 is because the shower pressure on the 3rd floor is too weak, and the floor gets dirty quickly when you walk barefoot, and there are no indoor slippers. It's a big deal when you get out of the shower, and the supplies are so old that they need to be replaced. And there's nothing from a TV to a hair dryer, except for an electric kettle. Nevertheless, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast provided individually is delicious and hearty, and I'm especially grateful for the kindness of the owner who looks like Evangeline Lilly, the elf from The Lord of the Rings. The front desk staff who gave me a discount when I didn't show up for a motorcycle company and rented me a bike from another company. The owner who brought me a map and explained the tour course in detail, and recommended an airport bus because the taxi fare was expensive. I booked a taxi and the tour ended early, so I requested to change the taxi payment to the airport bus, but the manager who said that the card cancellation was not accepted and made up for it with a free massage for an hour, and the owner who was cheerful and kind until the end and sent me off. I won't be going to Siem Reap again, but I highly recommend it to backpackers.

|0.74km from downtownThe hotel was in a really central location in Siem Reap. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Some amenities were missing (safe, TV). I had booked a room with a balcony, which I didn't receive. If you book the sun rise tour, they will provide a breakfast box for you. They also helped to arrange a bike hire, so I explore the town alone, which was great. A good stay.

|0.53km from downtownOur room was huge. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen behind a glass partition. Clean, comfortable, cozy. The air conditioning system is built in, in each room, very comfortable, does not blow on the bed. Perfect linen and quality bathroom accessories. We were happy to use the washing machine and dryer (they are also in the room), very convenient in a hot climate to freshen up your things. The hotel staff is very attentive and polite, they try to help. The pool, although not large, is comfortable. Nearby, in the same building, there is an excellent bakery with croissants and various types of breakfast, we had breakfast there. The hotel is located on a quiet street 5 minutes from Pub Street. The first impression upon check-in was spoiled by the sofa at the reception with stains, it turned out that drips from the air conditioner grille were above it (probably you should just move it to the other side))

Overall really enjoyed my stay.

|2.89km from downtownI'm Japanese.
I stayed at this hotel for one night to see the Encore Wat ruins.
The location is very good, about 10 minutes by bike to the city pub street and 15 minutes to Encore Wat.
The hotel was very kind, and even if I arrived at the hotel around 23:00, I asked for check-in procedures, rental bikes, and taxi arrangements, and they were willing to accept it.
Rental bikes were also lent for $12 a day, which was a very enjoyable trip.
I would like to stay again when I visit Siem Reap again.
The disadvantage is
1. I think it will take a taxi fee for those who do not rent a motorcycle
(it took $10 to get back and forth from the hotel early in the morning to Encore Wat)
2. It may have been bad to use, but I felt a little inconvenient because the shower temperature did not rise.

Siem Reap National Road 6
Siem Reap
|2.71km from downtownA very partial manor, self-contained, scattered with ten or twenty sets of two-storey villas, with large intervals between the villas, our family of four lives in one, and outside the window is a wild pond surrounded by old trees, which is very natural and wild. The room has a huge living room, dining room, three or four bathrooms, and four or five bedrooms. It feels empty and lonely for four people living in it, and there is no TV. Breakfast and other meals are delicious, with few varieties and average portions. The price is small and expensive, and ordinary half a catty of beer costs three dollars. The restaurant is in an open pavilion, surrounded by green lawns and seedling fields. Beautiful environment and excellent service.

|3.94km from downtownHigh privacy and quiet, convenient location, not far from the districts. Free breakfast until 12 o'clock, free transportation is available at any time, there is a separate private pool on the roof, suitable for families to play with children, all the supplies and drinks in the room are free. The most important thing is that the boss is called Mike, very enthusiastic. Where you want to experience what activities, ask him directly. When you are not busy, you basically greet and pick up yourself. In addition to the location is not by the street, the sign is not easy to find, the other is very good!

|2.26km from downtownThe hotel environment is OK, not much different from the photos on the hotel introduction. But the photo looks at the hotel is very large, in fact, the overall area of the hotel is not that large. But this problem is not big. 😂
Hotel service is good. But I didn't ask me how many floors I wanted to live on, so I booked the first floor directly. When I expressed my desire to live on the second floor, I also helped me change to the second floor in time. 👍
After entering the room, I found that the two socket switches were out of power, the speakers could not be used, and there was no electricity. The safe was out of power because the battery was out of power and could not be used. Fortunately, after my feedback, they also dealt with it in time and liked it. If I can check everything OK before I check in, if it is completely fine, I will give five stars.
Finally, when the airport drop-off was not arranged. There may also be my reason, I didn't tell them one day in advance, let them arrange, and only said when they had to leave. 😅

|1.65km from downtownThis has been a breathtaking stay at Waka Villas (7 star quality indeed). The private Villa with Pool and an interior of traditional mixed with modern minimalism and warmth, was ever so welcoming after long days on tours.
Well situated only a few minutes by tuk tuk from the center of Siem Reap city where markets and intriguing streets allow for a wonderful experience among locals.
We want to thank the entire Staff especially Manager Mr. Okabe and our kindest Siem and Kim for being always one step ahead of our needs.
And our tour guide „Mr. T“ (Tola) who has a one of a kind way of explaining the history of Cambodia with so much fun we ended up retelling his stories to our families! Encouraging us to think about what we see and understand the bountiful kindness of the Cambodian people.
Thank you for introducing us to Cambodia with so much love.
Looking forward to booking here again!

|0.53km from downtownThe room was spacious and the staff were kind.
I chose a plan that included breakfast, and it was fun to have a buffet of Asian food, Japanese food (sushi, etc.), Western food (bread, omelets, sausage, etc.) from various countries, and I'm not a fan of Thai food. I ate a lot of food and was satisfied with my full stomach.
After staying for 2 nights, I asked if they could store my luggage for 2 days as I was going on a trip to a different country, and they replied with a smile that there was no problem.
Although it was past the time to pick up my baggage, they accepted me with a smile and did not have any negative attitude.
It was a very nice hotel. I would like to come here again when I go to Thailand.

|0.57km from downtownThe hotel is in a good location, about 10 to 20 minutes' walk from the city center, close to the old market, and convenient for eating and drinking. The hotel staff is warm and friendly, and the hotel is generally clean. However, the shortcomings are also very obvious. The facilities are too old, the bathroom door creaks every time it is opened and closed, the bathroom is seriously flooded, the TV is very small and it is difficult to turn it on, the air conditioner is also very old and the wind direction cannot be adjusted. It feels like those facilities have not been updated for more than ten years! In addition, the sheets slip on the bed, and there is a musty smell in the room when the air conditioner is turned off. In addition, the room structure is unreasonable, and it feels very crowded and depressing.

|0.82km from downtownThis lovely boutique hotel stands out with touches of a few cultures
:
From her Korean owners-
the soft beauty & attention to nooks & corners. &, the professional in-house photographers to serve guests.
From her Cambodian & Thai managers- the humility & service orientedness.
Yet, the common cyclical issues of staying in hotels in less developed Southeast Asian countries staffed largely by locals surface. Unless, a higher system of global mindedness dominates.

|0.19km from downtownTraveled with my wife and adult son and his wife - us in our 50s, them late 20s.
Staff was awesome, super friendly and attentive. Had a massage that was wonderful.
Location was both good and not so good. It is very close to pub street and the night market. Pub street has great restaurants, bars and clubs. Very vibrant atmosphere. The drawback is the club music volume ramps up about mid flight and goes till about 3AM nightly. We were on the 2nd floor and could hear the constant beat of the music at lte hours. This may bother light sleepers. I put in ear plugs and was fine.
Overall this is a wonderful little boutique hotel.

|0.55km from downtownIt's a good value hotel for families.
Cleanliness: It was okay, but sometimes the child was startled by the appearance of cockroaches. I wish they would pay more attention to disinfection.
Location: It was great. It's close to the center and not remote, so it's very easy to get around on foot.
Because it is not a remote place
Service: The staff always greeted us with a smile and made us feel very comfortable. The service mind of the staff was the best.
Facilities: Although it is a two-story building, there is no elevator, and there was some inconvenience due to the delay in fixing the Wi-Fi problem.

|0.61km from downtownI recently stayed in Riversoul with my family and we loved their service. The people are very tidy and organised and respecting. All the people whom we met in the hotel were super cordial.
If you are vegan/vegetarian or do not eat pork/beef then do mention it to them and they will ensure it isnt brought to you.
We also availed special spa services for our parents and I personally took a facial. It was super relaxing.
They also have tuk tuk and car services for all the tourists that you can take advantage of.
They even have a swimming pool which was our relaxation spot.
I also loved the minimalist theme they had as decor. You will not be allowed to eat in the room but they provide you with plates to eat inside the room or in the restaurant.
I would for sure recommend this amazing stay at Siam Reap.
