location wise are very good,KLCC just few mins walking,also MRT are just downstairs,check in and out are smooth,a lot of guest everyday The only thing is the pool are only open 10 to 10,I go out early and come back late,so doesn’t got much time to enjoy the infinity pool,and also the pool can’t see KLCC much,so if you are in it,choose tower 2 better,they are facing to the KLCC,refer to my photo

The location of this hotel is nice and it’s big. But we didn’t like our stay here because of super crowded lobby, unorganized lobby reception, imagine they will not let you check in early before 3pm so you have to left your luggage’s with other luggage’s in the hotel lobby without room and proper storage. We also didn’t like that they will never give you a chance to check in early and let you wait till 3. They also didn’t give us the room that we booked we don’t know for some reason they didn’t tell us they just said that they upgraded our room which we didn’t like because of the location of the room the intertet is so weak and the view because we bookeed and nice city view but they didn’t give it to us. I always think this way that when the hotel upgraded your hotel booking its always shadey and it’s like not upgraded at all it was just all a lie. We didn’t like also the service here because we came at hotel late from clubbing we are all thirsty and when we want to ask for room service unfortunately it’s not available because it’s till 7pm only!!! they didn’t even mention that to us upon checking in. The good thing about this hotel is the infinity pool nothing else. The service, the lobby the reception are no for us. Take note going in front of the hotel is quite traffic too because of narrow road of the area.

Everything is great. It has a beautiful environment, well-equipped facilities, a dedicated parking space, the place is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The transportation here is also convenient, with direct access to lalaport. The attitude of the person in charge is also very good. I will choose to stay here next time.

1. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the Twin Towers. 2. There is a supermarket downstairs, and you can use Alipay. 3. There is also Zibo BBQ downstairs. 4. There is a popular night market with many locals nearby. 5. The room is clean and the bedding is comfortable. 6. The gym on the top floor is well-equipped and has a good area. Ps: bring your own slippers and check out at 11am. This is different from China.

The view of balcony is able to see the Petronas Twin Towers, it is very nice. The service of ambassador is good, facilities haven’t been experienced. No food was provided.

The main reason is the price. I think it's beyond my expectation. The sleep is very good and I can check in early. I've stayed in high-end hotels around here for thousands of dollars. Some of them are not as good as this one. The only difference is that this one doesn't have a swimming pool.

Advantages: The room is very new, fully equipped, clean and sanitary, a fifteen-minute walk from the central station Disadvantages: There are many Indians around. Traveling alone or at night is a safety hazard. The guy at the front desk was not familiar with the business of photocopying. The passport copier ran out of paper and he asked us to wait for the wrong room card. He made us run up and down. He didn't know that the service tax included the deposit. He waited until we got into the elevator before he remembered to collect the card. elevator

Pros: 5 min walk to TRX, 8-10 min walk to Pavilion. Pretty good location for the price Owner (Chris) was quite responsive and helpful during the check in process Cons: Some of the amenities were not available (e.g. no microwave, no cooking equipment like frying pan even though there is an induction stove, no detergent even though there is a washing machine), so it just feels like false advertisement at this point Materials in the room feel pretty cheap. Walls are so thin I can hear what the next door tenants are talking about, and kept getting woken up by them at 3am Next door condo/units have not been built up yet. Feels like I'm staying at a construction site Doorbell applies to all units, so I got disturbed even when the doorbell was meant for the other unit Swimming pool didn't feel very cleans, especially since many tenants were using it in their clothes 🤮 TLDR: The location is good, but otherwise, the apartment feels cheap and many amenities as advertised are missing (i.e. cooking utensils, laundry detergent, etc.). Overall, price is decent for the location and cleanliness of the room, but there are definitely better booking options nearby (e.g. One Cochrane) which would make a much better overall staying experience.

All the facilities are very new and convenient to use, especially the washing machine with washing and drying function, which makes up for the regret of not having a balcony. Everything is good. The biggest problem is that because the house is relatively new, the smell is really strong. It is not recommended for people who are sensitive to respiratory tract and smell. It would be better to come three months later or later.
