stayed at The Majestic Hotel for a 2D1N celebration of my husband’s birthday, and overall it was a lovely and memorable experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a classic and elegant ambiance that makes the stay feel extra special. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff throughout our stay were warm, polite, and attentive. We truly appreciated the relaxing atmosphere, and it was a perfect choice for a short getaway and celebration. However, there was one issue that slightly affected our experience. On the morning before check out, around 10AM, there was suddenly loud drilling noise coming from above our room. It was quite disruptive, especially since it was still within typical guest rest hours. We feel that such maintenance work should be scheduled more carefully or guests should be informed in advance, as it can impact the overall comfort of the stay. That said, aside from this incident, everything else was great and we genuinely enjoyed our time at the hotel. With better coordination on maintenance timing, the experience would have been perfect.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, providing good service and making guests feel welcomed. Overall, Hotel Stripes Kuala Lumpur is a great choice for travelers looking for a stylish boutique hotel with a good location and comfortable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.
