Shangri-La Properties in Kuala Lumpur

Had a wonderful trip! I was so pleasantly surprised after checking in! I met Christine, who provided incredibly professional and thoughtful service in Chinese! The service was excellent! Breakfast was amazing! The room was clean and tidy, and free water was provided daily! The location is great, only a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Towers. Getting a ride anywhere was super fast! The hotel lobby is stunning, with fresh flowers replaced daily! The coffee at the cafe is good! I loved it! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

I stayed in a room on the 30th floor and had access to the Traders Lounge, where breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails were all complimentary. The pool was open until 7 PM. The view from the window was absolutely stunning. There's a shuttle bus that goes directly to Suria KLCC. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is well-equipped, and the surrounding area is excellent.
