Best place location, Michelin of the year, unlimited water supplies. Near to everywhere in bukit bintang, jalan Alor just behind the hotel just 1min walk, low yat just down the road within 2 min. Must try the Mon chicken roti at the corner, very best!!

We were early and decided to pay for early checked in.
The counter staff was friendly and it was a quick and smooth transaction.
when we entered the room. It was clean and pleasant.
Nothing to complain for 2 grown men. We have everything we need.

Room is classic and modern. Bed is comfortable with fluffy pillows. Provide unlimited drinking water. Operates like many hotels in China.
However, the cleanliness of the room needs to be greatly improved. Strains of hair and dust are all around the corner and seating area in the room. Floor is very sticky. Cleaners need to work harder.

Clean and big twin room. Very comfy stay. Love the Hamburger Donkai Restaurant at ground floor too. Walking distance to popular spot in Bukit Bintang

Clean room. Superb nice hotel. Nearby food store. Had a massage shop. A rooftop have “lepak place and got shisha” close time 1-2 am. Nice breakfast even simple dishes. Staff friendly and helping us. Mineral water can refill anytime just pickup at reception.

The location is good, close to mrt.
Walking distance to local food Jalan Alor.
Hotel provide mineral water & amenities at lobby which is good.
However, the sound proof is terrible. (I got a connecting room although I don’t need it).
Can hear next door tv and talking sound clearly, which affect my rest time.
Toilet is big, however don’t have any place to hand the clothes and towel.
Overall, room is clean but don’t have a make up mirror. And room is in dim light , not bright

Beautiful room, nice bed and pillows. Good water pressure. Even tho the walls are solid, still can hear the streets and my room was facing the back alley. Also still can heard people laughing and banging stuff.
Location is right in the middle to Bukit Bintang. Good for first time goers to KL. But too jam already. Very very very bad traffic. But otherwise, all is pretty okay.
