Axon Residence 3 Mins Walk to Bukit Bintang and Pavilion KL

Easy to liase w owner via WA. Room was very clean and neat. There is a 24hr mart if u need any urgent groceries. Surrounded by fruit and makan shops too. Walking distance to Pavillion and other malls too! Easy to get grab there too! Overall stay was fabulous and well recommended to families! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The room and other hotel facilities were quite good, but there is some dissatisfaction regarding the cleanliness.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Here was clean, quiet, and well organized. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our visit, and we felt welcomed from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended.

The facilities were nice and the kids were friendly. The room was clean and well prepared and the location was the best thing because it was walkable to Fahrenheit, Pavilion and TRX too. . Overall Our family enjoyed the stay.

Pros - Very nice night view from the hotel, sky bridge and infinity pool. - Smooth and step by step check-in via WhatsApp - Good kitchen ( washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, cooking equipment and heating/cooking plates) Cons - Elevators are crowded and hot with no air conditioning inside - The view could be even better if the windows were cleaned from outside/inside

It is clean and new and good location. But there’s drain smell in the toilet. Other than that it’s ok 👍

Let me start with what was great: the location, hands down. The apartment is modern, clean, and offers a fantastic view. The not-so-great: I wish there had been more than one set of access cards for the lifts and apartment doors. This was inconvenient for three adults with separate plans and schedules. We requested additional cards but were informed that none were available. The futon bed was made up of two mattress sections that tended to shift apart during the night with normal movement, leaving an uncomfortable gap and resulting in a backache. The downright disappointing: the crowded lift lobby and chaotic check-in process. Don’t expect a traditional reception desk—security personnel double up as check-in staff. During peak hours, lift waiting times can exceed 10 minutes. The lifts themselves also felt poorly ventilated and rather warm. That said, KL is a vibrant city, and this accommodation is ideally located. There are plenty of excellent dining and shopping options just minutes away on foot. Despite some frustrations, the location remains the property’s strongest selling point

One of the best hotel experiences I've had. Everything was perfect—from the cleanliness and room comfort to the friendly staff and delicious food. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay memorable. I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to family and friends.

There is no reception desk. Have to pick up the key cards from the mailbox n return it same way. There was no refrigerator in tje room. Power went out for several hours during my stay n couldn't get much follow up info since there was no receptionist. If you expect a hotel style service, this is not the right place.
