Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. The accommodation is non-smoking. A bar can be found on-site. First impression building is new and still alot of construction on the surround however the vicinity of the place is so close to shopping district i.e. TRX just a short stroll around the block, 15mins walking distance to pavilion. In terms of facilities and amenities, these both were sufficient. There is gym and pool which we didn't get chance to use and a sky garden at the top level which you can get a glimpse of KL tower and twin towers at night. The washing machine was very useful as we had a family of 4. Service and cleanliness is above average, there was some used towels underneath the vanity and it was cleaned immediately the next day after we raised this issue. Housekeeping was done as soon as we requested the following day. Overall, we had a great time and stay at the apartment.

Facilities: Overall it's OK, it can be clean and tidy. Environment: There is a big difference between the hotel's promotional photos and the actual promotional photos! There is fraud! But the overall environment is OK! Service: There are many Chinese tourists, and there are no conversion plugs, so you need to buy them yourself. The cost performance is not high, not cheaper than in China, that's all I can say.

The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are relatively new. You can see TRX across the street from the room, and it is convenient to go to TRX or several famous restaurants nearby. There are also ample parking spaces.

My place is a preferred choice for luxury accommodation in the vicinity of KLCC and as it known as the Citys Commercial, Shopping & Entertainment Hub. The best part is the rooftop garden comes with stunning city views which includes Petronas Twin Towers. It's a perfect spot for those who refer to enjoy your stay with low density accommodation. The apartment is within walking distance to major KL hotspots: KL Tower, Suria KLCC, Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and Aquaria KLCC. The food scene is awesome, from Malaysian street fare to international cuisines to nightclubbing.

The room is big and clean. The view outside the window is nice. There are convenience stores and restaurants next to it. Transportation is also convenient. It’s my first time in Kuala Lumpur and I’m staying in such a good hotel. The experience is very good. Good review!
