We stayed with family in 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. Would like to thank staff for housing both apartments to same floor and close to each other. The apartments are very spacious (specially 3 bedroom, Wow!) and in very good condition. Not to mention the beautiful views. Everything was good except the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. Found the bedsheet with black stains and even got a part similar like a shoe mark. Only found it when i'm going to sleep during mid night and too tired to make a call to the operator or front desk regarding this. I just tried to use some wet tissue to clean it myself. Since i have been staying in collection club room several times, i've noticed the lounge only served kacang putih and normal beverage. Last time there was at least banana cake served. It seems no staff attending at the lounge.

The front desk of the hotel is very kind and you can speak clean English normally, so you don't have to worry about communication. At the front desk, he taught me how to use the taxi app-grab and how to make a reservation. Thanks to that, all the movement was grab and easy. It was about 6 minutes walk from LaLaport, close to Central Market and Bukit Bintang by taxi. You can drink 500 PET bottles of water, tea and instant coffee every day in the room. The room also has a refrigerator. I chilled the mango I bought and ate it. However, be careful as toilet paper and bath towels may not be changed unless they are told. There is a supermarket in the building where you can use your credit card, and it is convenient to have canned beer, dry mangoes, nuts, etc. The exchange office in the building is vacant except on Sundays. Clothing is sold on the second floor of the supermarket, but for some reason there were many men's items. There were multiple massage shops on the 1st and 2nd floors, and I went there every day comfortably. In front of the hotel, there are many Chinese restaurants and it is crowded with locals. Fruits are also sold and retailed, and there. I had them eat rambutan, dragon fruit, etc. (Because you can't bring mangostin to the hotel) Right next to the hotel is the ｉｃｃ market, and if you get tired of the hotel rice, you can eat delicious rice here, and local clothes in the basement of this building (light and easy to wear) Is sold cheaply. I want to stay again because the location is excellent.

The room was lovely, well decorated and laid out, and the bed was huge and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were just right - THANK YOU! The central bedside console for controlling the lights and aircon was nifty, though we couldn't work out how to totally dim it at night so had to throw a towel over it. The aircon had several modes which worked really well. All the room anenities were just right - iron, fridge stocked with drinks, gowns, welcoming bowl of fruit. The hotel gave us 3 free pieces of laundry daily, which was very usefulnand much appreciated. The laundry service was expensive - unfortunately par for the course for most hotels - but Hello Laundry, conveniently down the road, offered an excellent alternative service. Free breakfast was included, and the fare was simply amazing (see pics). There was something for everyone, you won't leave feeling hungry! Many chefs were busy preparing right in front of you, the waitstaff buzzed around like bees, and the head chef and manager were ever present. Great personal service, not a single person made us feel unwelcome. The check in service was fluid and welcoming, and the concierge and doormen helpful. Overall, a great stay.

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

We had a one-night stay at this hotel before continuing our journey to Johor. This morning we had our breakfast at the Streats Restaurant. The food provided were fried rice, fried noodle, fruits, paratha, sausages, baked potatoes, baked beans, chicken slice and toasts. Coffee and fruit juice also were provided. The taste were just average. However, the smell of the coffee was not nice. I could smell something odd so does my husband. Another disappointment was about sunny side eggs. We were asked to pay RM10 for a set of sunny side. This is ridiculous since the payment we made already include the breakfast. Why do we have to pay extra at the restaurant?

The property is Located near Time Square, a quick walk 15 minutes, as well surrounded with eatery and Shops nearby the hotel, Room as not so big but ok for few nights, clean and maintain ! Tv basic nothing special, wifi Stable, and in a evening a bit noisy due to some guests who think they are living alone ! room with no windows is the best as you avoid noise from outside and you can sleep well ! shower and bath basic . the price is 109 including all taxes at the counter direct booking and not on line! for budget hotel in KL as well clean hotel it's not so easy to find !!! Eco hotel have also a restaurant beside and for budget hotel it's certainly the best option to stay ! Staff helpful and friendly ! a Go Ahead to stay for those want clean and affordable price !

Checked in the middle of the night. It's a nice hotel. But we need to take the key card from mailbox. It's more to self check in and self check out. No receptionist. Great value place, the entrance is just a little hidden as the sign is very small, you'll see it next to a small Malaysian restaurant, which we tried and was actually pretty good and good value. Rooms were clean, the counter staff was friendly, and overall was just a pretty good experience. Nearby less than 5 mins walk is a big bustling street with local food, and a ***** of bars as well which was very convenient. This place might even be walkable from Pavilion, although personally I didn't try Highly recommended if you're cool with how the pictures look

Most awful experience. We did not expect much as it was very cheap but even at low prices we would hope for some standards. We were due to stay for 3 nights but ended up leaving without staying one night. Upon arrival the hotel’s sign outside was broken and flickering and when entering the lobby it was hot and humid and very uncomfortable. We were told we had to pay extra tourist charges and had to pay them for 4 days despite only staying for 3. We were then given our room key, the TV remote and air on remote which both had their batteries taped in place, not a great sign. We then were told to use the lift which said it was broken and under maintenance. When we entered our room it was dark, dirty and damp. Remnants of mould and crumbs from previous guests were every where and the bathroom clearly had not been cleaned. The toilet roll in the bathroom was soggy and there was hair in the toilet and around the shower. We had been travelling for a while before staying here meaning we had stayed in a number of cheap places but nothing this awful. We then decided to leave and booked another hotel having to get a taxi there. We tried to explain the state of the room to the receptionist and ask for a refund, he told us we could have one but only Agoda could sort this for us, this was clearly a lie as Agoda have told us repeatedly that the hotel has to authorise the refund when we spoke to them and the hotel continues to refuse. Agoda told us that when they spoke to the hotel, the hotel said we never informed them of the issues and we left the following day after staying the first night, a complete lie. Honestly the worst stay and customer service ever and a horrible and traumatic experience, especially having to sort another hotel in a large foreign city late into the night. Please avoid this place. If the hotel reads this, please respond so we can sort this as we have still paid for 3 nights that we did not stay despite the staff saying they would refund us.

This apartment is rather dilapidated. On the first day of check-in, the air conditioner was off, and the TV could not be seen. Although a staff came to repair it, the air conditioner did not turn off again, but the TV could not be seen. After staying for 7 nights, only 3 nights were available. It turned out that there was an electrical problem with the TV. In the end, I didn’t call someone to fix it. The air conditioner in the room was dripping. It turned out that the whole house could not open the windows to avoid dripping. The mattress and sofa had lost their elasticity and were very wet. , Because it is near to Alai Street, Pavilion is very close, it is convenient for food and shopping, so I stayed here, but the room price is not flat, I will not stay again next time

I spent 11 nights in this budget hotel and found it very satisfactory for what it is. The location is excellent as it is a five minute walk to the Jalan Alor food court street and it is just about in Bukit Bintang. It is located on a quiet street. The monorail is just a few blocks away. The hotel can call a Grab ( Malaysian's Uber equivalent ) for you if you need one as they are very cheap, especially if you have two or more in the car. As stated by others the rooms are basic. I did not like the interior room they were going to give me as it seemed too dark, so they had a room facing the front street. I do not like any noise at all and I am always concerned about taking a room facing the street. This street is very quiet and noise was not an issue at all. Having the good size window helped to make the room bright. The AC was good, the bed was comfortable, the internet was good.The door is very secure with a new card reading lock. The safe was good even using a key instead of a combination though a little inconvenient . They do not serve a breakfast which is odd as they have a nice cafeteria and relaxing area to serve it. Around the corner is the VCR Cafe which is excellent for coffee, meals, desserts but it does not open until 9 a.m. I lucked out and found a great place for breakfast, a five minute walk from the hotel. It is in the Corona Hotel on Jin Tong Shin and it is a buffet ( eggs, juice,rice, specialties, coffee etc. ), all you can eat for 16 RM and you do not have to be a guest. Also, the place has a free English newspaper to read. It opens around 7:30 a.m. I had no issues with mosquitoes. Shower temperature was good. A few minor negatives ( it is a budget hotel ): There are not enough draws for your clothing and not a good spot to hang any of them without being an eye sore. I kept most of my clothes in my luggage. TV channels are not good at all. it would be nice to come back from a long day and watch CNN,BBC, or Fox English news channel...I at least had the internet to keep me updated. The bathroom like many Asian hotels has the shower device next to the toilet and thus wetting the floor ( I shower at night as one of my last things, so it was not a big issue. ) The room does not come with any water bottles. I asked for some and they gave me some at no charge. All and all a good budget hotel.
