Beside it location, nothing else. Also, please note: the demolition work at level 5 was insanely NOISY - it started from 8:30 till 5, and when I said loud, it really LOUD, cant be tolerated, I really surprise why the still sell the rooms at level 6-7-8-9-10.. also, for our 3 nights stay there, they didn’t clean our room for 2 night….anyway..

The location of hotel is in the middle of the nightlife area, for this reason it is very noise during the night. However, the problem number one is the work of restore on the building. the very loud noises do not allow you to sleep even in the morning, they begin at 8:00am. So we cannot sleep in the night and in the morning. I believe that for this reason in the room there isn’t the interphone link with the reception. For these months I recommend another hotel absolutely! I paid 160RM for night in july 2024. Not clean for a Italian standard and only one towel in the twin room (I asked for another towel physically) The room is dark. There is too much saving about point of lights in the room.

When booking for king size bed but when check in they gave twin size bed, and hot water also didn't come out

Every things is good, just the higher floor water pressure too low. Shower very slow due to water very small. Good room view from window and hotel location is good nearby jalan alor and met station.

Pros: 1. I arrived early at noon, not very sure whether any room available. The front desk staff (Rony) was very helpful, and able to find a room for me. Check-in was very smooth and I get a room within minutes. Kudos to the front desk. 2. Location was at the center of a busy district, especially during night time. Street food, night clubs, massage parlors are a stone away from the hotel. Shopping malls are within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance. MRT and monorail stations are nearby as well. 3. The safety box is big enough to keep a 15.6" laptop, and the door is up-facing. Interest design but practical. Cons: 1. The room was pretty dim in lighting, due to the lamps design. 2. The room has no phone, no tissue box and lack of a bathroom floor towel (but was replaced the next day). On the 2nd day, after the house keeping, the toilet roll was missing, and my ear plugs that left on the bedside desk was missing. I suspect the house-keeping staff was not well trained to recognize what items are perishables and which items are reusable, and lack of checklist on the must-do subjects. Since there is no phone, I have to take the lift down to the front desk to ask for the toilet roll. 3. The noise from the street at night was horrible, especially on Saturday night. Even at 2pm, I can hear the noise. Thus earplugs are necessary to have better sleep.
