This kind of room with a living room and kitchen is really necessary when taking the kids out. The location of the house is very good, very close to the Petronas Twin Towers and in the city center. If the kids are sleepy, I can bring them back for a nap. I will book here again next time I come!

All units in the apartment complex are fitted with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a kitchen, a dining area and a private bathroom with slippers, a walk-in shower and a hot tub. My place is a preferred choice for luxury accommodation in the vicinity of KLCC and as it known as the Citys Commercial, Shopping & Entertainment Hub. The best part is the rooftop garden comes with stunning city views which includes Petronas Twin Towers. It's a perfect spot for those who refer to enjoy your stay with low density accommodation. The apartment is within walking distance to major KL hotspots: KL Tower, Suria KLCC, Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and Aquaria KLCC. The food scene is awesome, from Malaysian street fare to international cuisines to nightclubbing.

The main reason is the price. I think it's beyond my expectation. The sleep is very good and I can check in early. I've stayed in high-end hotels around here for thousands of dollars. Some of them are not as good as this one. The only difference is that this one doesn't have a swimming pool.

First impression building is new and still alot of construction on the surround however the vicinity of the place is so close to shopping district i.e. TRX just a short stroll around the block, 15mins walking distance to pavilion. In terms of facilities and amenities, these both were sufficient. There is gym and pool which we didn't get chance to use and a sky garden at the top level which you can get a glimpse of KL tower and twin towers at night. The washing machine was very useful as we had a family of 4. Service and cleanliness is above average, there was some used towels underneath the vanity and it was cleaned immediately the next day after we raised this issue. Housekeeping was done as soon as we requested the following day. Overall, we had a great time and stay at the apartment.

The apartment is new, the swimming pool is very good, the gym is a bit small, the overall is very good, but the first floor is still being arranged and constructed, it is very close to TRX and Pavilion, about 5 minutes walk, the overall cost performance is very high, recommended!!!
