This is a 2-3* hotel at best. Slightly better than travelodge. Aircon only working in the lobby and the rest of the hotel was really hot. We managed with the aircon in the room just. Shower hook was broken. Water filled up daily. Breakfast was poor. As other reviews, it was cheese, kids cereals and not much else. We ate lunch on the beach which as o.k on certain days. All the same pretty much. Lady who makes the savoury pancakes every day was great. They ran out of beer on a couple of days and the soft drinks machine broke down. Saw turtles from the bridge, so good place to swim. Changing and showers very basic. Shower barely working. Guests were mainly German, but the whole of Side is catered for Germans who have migrated from the French and Italian riviera. All the shop keepers speak to you in German. Bargain hard..don't be afraid to offend... Couple of mins on the golf buggy, which was fine. Dinner was the same pretty much every night and very average on most days. Staff were fine with us, but you could sense most were not into it. Good location for travel. Buses are wonderful. Just outside the door and arrive in a couple of minutes. 25TL to Side and Manavgat. Did the mixed tour which was well worthwhile. Side at night was just too busy. Would not return to this hotel, but if you are on a tight budget and out of mid summer, it could be o.k. take nibbles to the airport on return as they charge a fortune. 13Euro for a burger and 8 Euro for crisps. Luckily we did.

I have just recently stayed at this hotel with 11 family members all female to celebrate my Mother's 60th birthday. We as a family could not fault this hotel. I have read so many reviews saying the staff are unfriendly with British guests, the food is not good, pools and slides are closed, cats roam everywhere. During our stay we had so many friendly and the some staff who did have some language barriers still tried to assist in anyway they could and always gave a smile. The staff have flags of the lanaguge they speak on their badge, so you could easily find a english speaking staff member if required. We have to give a shout out to Ercen (sorry if I've spelt your name wrong) he was mainly on duty on the outside bar during our stay and he was amazing with us all, he really fot our personalities and we had a lot of laughs (bottle of water family 🤣) and he got to know us really well, he worked very hard and long hours even seen him in the resturant during the evening working after working in the bar outside all day, he gave us great recommendations too. The walk along the beach to the ancient area was amazing took just over one hour, absolutely beautiful and a must see area, we had a drink in a little bar with the most wondefuk views. Also he recommended the waterfalls, just absolutely beautiful this was about 20minutes by car, we decided to have a private car and it was 55euro return. The hotel arranged a tranfer for us to the waterfalls as we did not want to do a full day trip at the time and we had a very kind professional driver, who came along with us, showed us around and even went above the duty of driving us and picked us some fresh drut (mullberries) off trees when we where passing, delicious. Also the male waiter in the restaurant that I've now unfortunately forgotten your name sorry, he was absolutely amazing and showed a lot of interest in us all, he worked extremely hard and made all our meals very enjoyable. I've never seen anyone manage so many plates. We could not fault the food at this hotel, there was plenty to choose from ages ranges from 4 year old up to 61 with teens as well and there was something for everyone. They had chefs making food infront of you and always something freshly made available. We tried the al carte restaurant and the food was amazing. Very enjoyable evening and would recommend booking with the guest relations manager. The beach bar is also an added bonus that we did enjoy a meal and a drink there during our stay. Lots of activities still available during the early season that you can take advantage of. The hotel has a great app that shows daily what's on offer and what you can book to do and request if you need anything like extra pillows. All the sides and pools were also open, there was no fights for sunbeds during our stay and the hotel do have a no reserve policy. I can call myself a regular customer of the place, and I am far from being capricious but this time I have very mixed feelings. It’s a long story, and it must be read and taken into consideration by the hotel management and the owners of the business! Here I only assess the service. My husband and I stayed here in 2020 and 2021 during the tough years of the pandemic, last year together with our 19-year-old daughter and my elderly parents. All the five of us loved the place so much that we made a decision to book it again this year. However, it was fully booked till 26, October. Our vacation started on 16, October and we stayed at another hotel of the same chain (Hane Smart) and moved here on 26, October because we desperately wanted to stay here. It was a mistake, though. When we arrived we found out that the Hane Family was overbooked and they could not provide us with 2 rooms (we booked a family and a standard) and offered all of us to stay in a family suite for 2 nights. 5 adults, 1 bathroom… We did not mind it though we were not pleased that much. The receptionist (Nuriyam) apologised for the inconvenience and offered an a la carte restaurant reservation, a free safe box (it’s a paid service here) and free cocktails each of us (imported alcohol cocktails cost 5 € per one). When we decided to have our cocktails in the lobby bar they told us to go to the pool bar with our cocktail vouchers. It was 11:30 am. A man at the bar refused to serve us for a reason he tried to explain in… German. I work in a hotel myself and I should point out that the international language of hospitality is still English, even in Turkey, isn’t it? Even if you mainly work with German tourists, you have to speak elementary English! And your non-German tourists are not supposed to speak German! We left our parents and daughter at the pool and went to the reception to clarify the situation. The same receptionist called the pool bar and told us to get back and get the cocktails. We went there again, and again the same man at the bar refused to serve us. We insisted, he answered something in a foreign language which was a mix of some words with a few English words among which I could only get ‘eat’ and the gesture of eating. It was also obvious he couldn’t make cocktails or didn’t want to do it. What he meant was still unclear to me. I was looking at him in great surprise and he pointed at his temple with his index finger near which in most European countries is considered to be an indication ‘you are stupid’ A hotel employee showing a guest that he or she is stupid with a gesture!!! Very rude and highly unprofessional!!! I was shocked! We went to the reception AGAIN. This time the receptionist called the restaurant manager and went with us. It turned out that the man at the bar is.. just a waiter who poured beer and Sprite while the real bartender was having his lunch. He simply could NOT explain it in English, because his English is so poor that he even cannot say ‘barte

When we arrived it looked as beautiful as the photos. When we got to the check In desk we was told that only 2 out of 4 of our rooms was available and the other two would be ready the next day, as they had overbooked! My daughter & her partner had to share a family room with her brothers who are also in their 20s. We was then told there was a late night buffet for guests who arrive late in the night, when we had walked down to the restaurant & we had found it was left over hot food that’s was now cold from dinner service which had not been covered and had flies buzzing around them. We had to leave the hotel to Find a restaurant so we could eat. Throughout our first full day we found that this hotel is not Intrested in English families and refuse to help with even the slightest request, I had asked if we could join two dinner tables together so my family would be together and was refused, seconds later a German family had asked for the same thing and the waiters in the restaurant done it for them instantly, we was all given paper place mats on our tables but the German and Russian families tables were Always fully dressed with everything waiting for them. As far a food it’s manageable but ends up being the same food throughout the whole week, we all preferred the 12:00 snack bar as the food was a lot better than the restaurant itself. If you would like a sun bed by the pool I would strongly advice you to be out of your rooms with your towels at 06:00am as your unable to get them if you leave it until later in the day even though we are all told we cannot reserve sun beds until 08:00am this applies for the private beach also. If your looking for cocktails your best to go out of the hotel as my family throughout the whole week had watched bartenders pour our half of the spirit bottles and top them back off with tap water, my son had pointed this out and told the barman he would like a fresh bottle opened as he didn’t want to drink the water from the taps, the barman then became extremely rude and refused to serve him, when this was brought up to the hotel manager who was normally quite polite and helpful he very rudely and abruptly shushed my son and waved him away. We then had noticed Germans and Russians who had asked for an alcoholic drink was being served from different alcohol bottles that were hidden out of sight from the bar. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody and I certainly wouldn’t be returning.

It’s a great hotel. The food was delicious especially the bakery and soups were mouthwatering. Rooms were very nice although light fixtures in the bathroom weren’t very bright. Animators were excellent, especially Rudy! If you have an opportunity to go to the club don’t think twice. Pool bar nights were well planned with great prizes. (SPA vouchers, bags, wine, jewellery) Buses to Manavgat and Side are around the corner and cost €3/65LT for 2 people one way. Hamas SPA was amazing, anti stress massage, face mask, peeling and foam body wash. Highly recommend. (Recommend taking the 1st/2nd day to get a better tan after the peeling). Hotel has a shop with all necessary products and more, a barber/hairdresser. Don’t forget to tip everyone. :)
