Dream World Hill

Best customer service ever, especially from bar staff. Rooms immaculate and food and cocktails delicious. They even had entertainment which was a bonus. Wish I was there now will definitely come back next year

We had a great family holiday when we visited Dream World Hill. We stayed for just under a week and really enjoyed it. The entertainment was great and we also really like the food. The room was cleaned everyday to a great standard. The beach was also very close to the hotel, just a 5 minute walk which was good. There was different activities on everyday and a large variety of food. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend. It was also the best alacarte experience we have ever had. 10/10 customer service

If you’re not German, prepare to feel excluded. It’s a hotel that revolves around their German tourists, so if you’re from anywhere else it’s best to find another hotel. I was happy that it was all inclusive but honestly the food was awful, from breakfast to dinner I can’t name one thing I enjoyed. The photos people have taken speak for themselves. Everything either had no seasoning, is half cooked or runny when it shouldn’t be. The hotel staff were very rude, especially the receptionists. If you try to raise an issues you experience with reception they will patronise you and do nothing to help. Also found it annoying that there are no irons in the room, and you have to pay extra for the ironing service. The cleaners were the only nice thing about the hotel, they were polite and did their job well when I was out the room. Another downside was the air conditioning, it didn’t work. The nights were so cold especially since we were only given a single sheet to use, and the AC would not work so I would be shivering.

Well it was our 5th time in Turkey, first time to Side & this hotel. So all hotels in turkey seem to be 5 star and we've never had an issue before. All I can say about the hotel is maybe 10/15 years ago it was 5 stars. I'd say 3.5 now. Hotel is looking tired & run down. Food was good, staff was varied, some good, some not so good. Room was pleasant enough. Gym was awful, many machines broken etc...not 5 stars anyway. Inside pool needed a clean. Beach area was tired, bits broken and nothing open, yes we were early season but nothing was open yet there were plenty of holiday makers using the beach. Overall I was disappointed, maybe I've been spoilt from other hotels in different resorts. Sorry dreamworld hill but your far from being dreamworld. Not sure why it's advertised with UK travel firms as 90% German 10% Russian nationals so that's who the hotel caters for. I wouldn't recommend to UK holiday makers.

Where to start..... We did not get the room we paid for however we had a nice room on the 6th floor. Dream world family is closed for refurbishment which when we booked this is where we were supposed to be. The hotel itself is INFESTED with extreemly rude germans who dont realise some of us speak fluent german until we answer them back in their own tongue. We were tols on numerous occasions this was a german hotel and we dirty english (even though we are scottish *shows how much they know about the uk) should be on -1 not the lobby / piano bar the food is good as long as you are willing to try something new it is geared up for germans with eggs many ways. The kids club is the same The hotel reception staff are AWFUL! Dont even attempt to raise a concern they suddenly no longer speak english.

Would not recommend this to people from the UK as this hotels nobody seems to speak English and you are not understood. Only one person who was very kind was a fella from the bar who actually understood. Also in such a warm country you would expect Air conditioning but sadly these guys do not care about that as apparently the balcony door opens but okay. Other than that I rate this place 2/10

So we landed 14th Feb late and got to our room. It was huge. And well presented bathroom was small couldn't even get through the door without stepping in the shower. We wa son the 6th floor room 1617 and had an amazing veiw of the sea. Was very quiet. Our room had its own WiFi which was great as we packed a firestick to watch movies. The beech is across the road and the all inclusive bar was open but no snacks. The weather got hotter each day. There's an amazing restaurant up the road from the beech called Zeus if tou turn left at the pool exit and walk down 5 mins you can't miss it. British breakfast and can't do enough to keep you happy. We went on a few trips quads and Castle trip and gotta say can't wait to do it again. If you like to shop take an empty suit case. The stuff here is really good quality yes it's fake but you really can't tell. The shops in analya are a little cheaper and always haggle. They will give you a great bargin. Our hotel was 5* and maybe in season the choice of food would be better felt like we was eating the same things every night. Good choice for most but I am very picky. The spa is worth a visit and the Turkish bath and foam wash are a must. All in all we enjoyed Turkey our first visit but won't be the last.

This Hotel was very clean , the food was exceptional and the bar/ waiting staf was well mannered at all times . The entertainment team was brilliant, Hotel rooms was spacious . A lovely hotel and had a pleasant stay. Including a gym, sauna indoor outdoor pools plus its own private beach .
