Arriving at the end of Chinese New Year is a challenge - for both hotels and non-mainland travelers. The hotel managed the flow of visitors well. The concierge service is top notch, friendly, fast and welcoming. The only downside I have to state is that the cleanliness of the room is more in the 3 star category. I had to change my room due to a strong odor coming out of the AC, which was likely caused by the excessive mold around the AC. The room change was however swift and without issues. Overall, the location is what sells this hotel. It is conveniently located for all types of Hong Kong travel.

Had a fantastic stay here for five nights! The hotel is very accommodating, accessible by the metro train or car from the airport. I especially enjoyed my high floor room, the location and the club access lounge, as it had delicious food, a great bar and wonderful staff. Katy Ko was by far the best employee that I encountered my entire stay. She gave many suggestions for where to go, shop, eat and the best way to optimize our time at Disney! You could tell she really cares and enjoys her job! She was just so helpful even with directions to night markets and so on. There area was in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, pop up shops, malls and many more. Very accessible! If there were any negatives it would be to expand the pool area, as many times the pool chairs filled up pretty quick and the actual pool area was small! Also, to enforce parents to watch after their children in the club lounge. I understand they also have access to it but they shouldn’t be able to go to bar/ food station without adult supervision as well as run and play while many people are relaxing during this time. Overall, I enjoyed my time in Hong Kong and at the Intercontinental Hotel. Looking forwarded to staying again. Shout out to Katy Ko for being one of the best staff members here! She definitely knows the area and how to make foreigners/guest feel welcomed!

Normally I’m a no frills kinda guy, but decided to treat myself to a nice spot after staying in a few hostels on my trip so I sprang for the top floor rooms and boy was it worth it. Staff treats you like a king upon arrival with a special front desk in the upper level and a personal escort to your room. Special access to a top level bar with a complimentary daily happy hour and exceptional view of Victoria’s Harbor. If you wanna feel like a baller or impress a special guest do this.

I haven’t been to Hong Kong in five years and I experienced the new hotel in Hong Kong - Meng Zhuon Hotel. The location is excellent, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and the subway station opposite. The service staff are all young, fashionable, good-looking, friendly and enthusiastic, making people feel like spring breeze. Due to its excellent location, every hotel room has a sea view room with an excellent view. Looking out is the Victoria Harbor, which makes people feel refreshed. The decoration style of the hotel is simple, fresh and fashionable, and design elements are reflected in all details: the design in the elevator, buttons, lights, graffiti on the guest room aisle, the wine set in the room, the shape of the lamps, as well as the body lotion and toiletry brands It is a very niche MALIN+GOETZ! I was pleasantly surprised, the taste is unique😃😃😃 My bug battery broke, and the hotel promptly brought a charger to charge it. The room was a bit cold, and they also brought a heater promptly. The service was considerate and attentive. On the day I left, I called a reserved taxi and put my luggage in the backup room. It's in the box, and it's thoughtful and careful. The restaurant on the 38th floor is so beautiful, with a better view. The Chinese breakfast ordered is also very delicious and the price is reasonable. I feel that if I come next time, I will consider staying there again. Thanks to Dilys chan, Andrew Cheung, and Doudou in the restaurant for their service! (Sorry for any omissions) The greeting card before leaving was also very beautiful and heart-warming. Service details are reflected in all aspects, both hardware and software make people comfortable and satisfied. I wish business is prosperous! 🥰🥰

The location is very good, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and the indoor sanitation is very clean, but the bedding is very poor, and it should not be changed every guest. It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. In Hong Kong, a place where every inch of land is very expensive, two or three hundred yuan can only be treated like this. If the budget is sufficient, it is better to choose a more expensive one.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

This hotel is brilliant location and is surrounded by great restaurants. This is one of the first hotels I stayed in when I came to HK and stayed here multiple times over the last 3 months. Travelling with a new born made stress free with this hotel. Both sides of the hotel are nice but preference is the prestige side. Great staff and great hotel.

Hotel is old but still ok for not so fussy travellers like us. Location is very good, near to many attractions, if you are ok to walk, it is 'walking distance' to Tsim Tsa Tsui MTR and also the ferry Harbour. As we checked in late, the room we booked is no longer available so we had to upgrade to a larger suite with a king size bed. Room is very spacious considering that it's HK... So the stay was comfortable.

The hotel is newly renovated! Super comfortable and the double bed family room comes with bathtub! It’s about 5-7 mins away from TST station, need to walk and cross a few street but overall still recommended for the price point, cleanliness and nearby have a lot of food! For a backpacker point of view, the hotel room is bigger than the other similar hotels in HongKong. The bathroom size is also acceptable. The location is very accessible from the TST and East TST MTR station. It is also near the shopping area of HongKong. I hope they can provide 2 sets of shampoo and body wash next time especially when the room is good for two people especially summer time because we take shower frequently. ☺️ But overall, I would like to stay again in this hotel if the hotel price is affordable and reasonable.

We had the best stay here at Wing Lee. Ching, the lady in charge, was very accommodating, friendly and enthusiastic! The room is clean, and she changes the towels everyday. I am quite satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this time. Although the hotel is small, it is well-equipped with all the necessary equipment. The boss also thoughtfully provided an adapter plug. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance, which is a convenience. There is a restaurant downstairs that serves barbecued pork rice and the food is very delicious. Highly recommended! Grandpa was very enthusiastic and explained a lot of things to us. The service was 100% perfect. I will consider staying here again next time I come to Hong Kong.

Hankou Hotel needs a big thumbs up. The location is very easy to find in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. It is near Exit E2 of the subway. It is just outside the subway entrance. The hotel room is clean and well-organized. It is very convenient and the design is considerate. It is a family-friendly hotel. Three people can put the beds together. There is a public water dispenser in the public area. It is very convenient to get hot and cold water. There is also a microwave available. There is also a small cabinet in the corridor with disposable supplies. It is very thoughtful! There is also a map posted on the wall, which is very considerate. Although the boss is not very talkative, he is very attentive from the layout! This location is convenient for traveling, K11 is nearby, and the Mirador Building is across the road, which is convenient for buying ”Jenny Cookies”. I will stay here next time!

Hotel is very convenient to MTR, bus to airport, restaurants all around the area and malls for shopping. I would like to specially mention their staff’s honesty. I left my phone in the drawer of my room. When I called the owner of the guest house, they immediately told me that they found my phone in the room drawer and ask for my identification to verify if I was the one who occupied the room after verification I told them they my relative in HK will get the phone on my behalf. The next day my relative told me he got the phone already. Thank you.

Came here with friends to participate in the Hong Kong Marathon. We booked a four-person room. The space is large enough for the core area of ​​Tsim Sha Tsui where land is at a premium. The service at their hotel was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs. Numerous conference attendees commented on the quality of the food, the quality of the service and overall positive attitude toward the conference site. Particular noteworthy is the longevity of the staff and that sense of investment in the success of every event. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved.
