The overall room size is a bit small, which is understandable given Hong Kong's hotel market. However, the service experience was a huge letdown. Only the concierge staff were genuinely warm and polite when opening doors for guests. The front desk staff, on the other hand, were cold throughout and seemed to judge guests. There was a long queue for check-in in the lobby, and the front desk staff were expressionless and indifferent the entire time. My friend and I booked the exact same 'Prestige Room' type. My friend arrived a bit earlier and speaks Cantonese, so they were upgraded to a sea-view suite for free. I, however, received no upgrade and was assigned a basic room on a low floor with a terrible view – just buildings outside the window. I hadn't even asked for a room upgrade, so I wouldn't have minded normally, but the discriminatory attitude of the front desk was truly uncomfortable. The staff were all smiles with the Western guests ahead of me in line, but gave me a cold shoulder. The double standard was blatant. When I checked out the next day, I asked the front desk for an invoice. The front desk staff claimed not to understand me and simply said they couldn't issue one. Then, they casually tossed me a receipt. When I asked for an envelope to put the documents in, they just threw one at me without a word. I've stayed in many hotels, both domestically and internationally, regardless of price, and the staff always hand over receipts with both hands and provide an accompanying envelope. This kind of rough and perfunctory service is a first for me. It's already 2026, and to find a hotel with such service in the heart of Hong Kong is truly 'remarkable'. The lack of service awareness and hospitality is severe, with guests being treated differently and service being perfunctory and cold. I do not recommend it.

The room was small, but overall nice. The pool is right downstairs, and it's super convenient for getting in and out. You can get to the hotel seamlessly from Hung Hom MTR Station C3 exit, just turn left and take the footbridge. The hotel's night view is also great, and there's a little shop in the MTR station mall with good prices and tasty food.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with clear signs from the Hung Hom MTR exit. It's near Hong Kong Polytechnic University, though the school itself isn't open for public visits. Dining and getting around are easy, and the hotel also offers a shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Tsui. The hotel facilities are comprehensive; the room is quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, featuring a bathtub and a refrigerator. I brought my own adapter, as the room doesn't provide toiletries or bottled water, but you can purchase them at the front desk if needed. There's an outdoor pool on the 9th floor, and some rooms offer sea views. The service was generally good, though a few individual staff members were slightly less impressive, which might be a personal quality issue. I stayed for 6 days in total, and on the last day when I extended my stay, the bathrobe was removed and not replaced, but overall, I was very satisfied. I would definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

The rooms are old, but the location is convenient. The service is pretty bad, but then again, they're always so busy, especially during peak season when it's completely packed and you have to wait a long time to check in. It's good value for money, so you can consider staying here, just ignore the service.

Thanks to the front desk for letting me check in at 1:30 PM and upgrading my room. However, the air conditioning was so noisy that I couldn't sleep all night. The bathroom doorknob was loose, and the shower head's control knob was also loose. The hotel is connected to a mall, so finding food is not a problem.

It's super convenient to go to a concert at the Coliseum, literally just downstairs from the red turnstile. You can also view and pray from a distance at the nearby overpass, which is great if you want to avoid the crowds waiting there. There are many restaurants nearby, the MTR is close, and it's not far to walk to other shopping areas.

The customer service was friendly, and the hotel location is excellent, right next to the Hung Hom MTR station. They offer a free and punctual shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Tsui, which is very convenient and offers great value for money. The hotel is also good at creating pleasant surprises – this stay, they upgraded us to a sea-view room, which was an unexpected bonus!
