My stay at K11 ARTUS in Hong Kong was, overall, beyond my expectations. The location truly can't be beaten. Right downstairs is K11 MUSEA, making dining, shopping, and enjoying sea views incredibly convenient. You're just a short walk away from stunning Victoria Harbour nightscapes. The room design is a sophisticated, understated modern style – clean, quiet, and with excellent attention to detail, especially the bedding and soundproofing, which are more comfortable than many standard five-star hotels. What I appreciated most was the 'apartment-style' feel. It’s less formal than a traditional hotel, making it feel more like having a temporary home in Hong Kong. The staff were generally professional and quick to respond. The high-floor views were a huge plus; sitting by the window at night, watching the lights of Victoria Harbour, really captured that Hong Kong movie ambiance. Of course, it wasn't entirely without drawbacks. The price is definitely not cheap, with noticeable surge pricing during peak seasons. Also, the elevators and lobby can get crowded during busy periods. However, if location, views, convenience, and overall quality are what you prioritize, I believe it's absolutely worth it. In summary: This is the kind of Hong Kong hotel experience that 'you'll remember for a long time,' especially for those who truly want to immerse themselves in the Victoria Harbour atmosphere.

The room was great and the balcony view was amazing! The butler service was a nice touch, and having a direct elevator to the B2 level of the mall made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Plus, the Avenue of Stars is right downstairs!

The room was spacious, which I really liked. It was also very convenient to have laundry facilities and a kitchen to cook in, especially when traveling with kids. The location is excellent, and the service was great. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The birthday concierge even gave us a small gift, which was a very thoughtful touch!

The hotel boasts a unique design and incredible attention to detail. Its location is fantastic, with a balcony offering stunning views of Victoria Harbour. It's just a 5-minute walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui shopping district, and the lobby directly connects to the K11 shopping mall. The staff provides exceptional service. The only downside is the lack of a smart toilet.

This was my first stay at this hotel. The beds in the small two-bedroom suite were too short, really only suitable for preschoolers. For anyone older than a primary school child, their feet would hang off the bed, affecting their sleep. The snacks provided were just supermarket items, which felt a bit perfunctory compared to the unique, custom snacks offered by other hotels nearby. As for the chargeable items, for example, a sanitary bag for 10 HKD (as shown in the picture)... Shouldn't these basic items be standard in a hotel? Using 'environmental protection' as an excuse doesn't seem very convincing. The shower sponge, in particular, was rough, thick, and very uncomfortable to use. I suggest the customer service department try it out themselves! The kitchenette in the two-bedroom unit was also too cramped. When I tried to change my room type (which was within the free cancellation period for my online booking), the front desk refused! Since it was only for a few nights, I didn't want to spoil my trip, so I didn't bother arguing. They did provide a washing machine, but no laundry detergent. You had to ask staff for a laundry pod, and they only grudgingly gave a tiny one. When you're traveling, convenience is key, and providing more conveniences for guests should be the core principle of service. Breakfast was a mix of Chinese, Western, and Hong Kong-style à la carte, and included low-quality carbohydrates.

We were very satisfied with our stay at K11 ATELIER. We're truly grateful for the front desk's care and assistance, which helped us choose the perfect and most comfortable room type, greatly enhancing our experience. This is our second time staying at K11 ATELIER, and it's a real gem of a hotel. The environment is fantastic, and the service is even better; everyone is so warm and proactive in helping guests. The bedding in the room was comfortable, all essential amenities were provided, and they even thoughtfully took care of our children's needs in great detail.
