the location is very easy to find, we should have check in at 2 o'clock but because we arrived early they allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier,so I'am very grateful about this, the tidy of the room is not bad, maybe in the future we can pay more attention to cleanliness, especially the bathroom. Thank you for your good service🙏

We arrived at the hotel at around 11pm and the atmosphere was quite sordid with people coming and going. To get to the reception you have to go through a courtyard with rubbish all around and we saw a rat and a cockroach walking by. They put us in rooms on different floors despite the same number of the reservation for the 2 rooms. In the room we found another bug. The bed looked narrow for two people (although this was already apparent from the photos) and the space in the bathroom was minimal. In short, we went to look for another hotel to sleep in which for only 15 euros more per person as it was a last minute reservation, it was of a much higher category.

The Wi-Fi in the room was weak. When we returned to the hotel at night, we found two cockroaches on the bed. We cleaned them to the ground and didn't have time to take pictures, so my husband dealt with them. But I woke up in the middle of the night and saw another one crawling on the wall next to the bed. I quickly drove it away, which made it impossible to fall asleep. The window air conditioner was very noisy, so I couldn't sleep all night. Although the instructions for going up and down the elevator and opening and closing the door were very clear when I got the room, the shower head was directly on the toilet and couldn't be turned, which made showering very tiring. The water volume in the basin was pitifully small. Alas, the only good thing is that it's very close to Victoria Harbour. I was in such a bad mood that I forgot to take pictures.
