Location is great and near to north point station. We went there for a short trip. Value for money would be off the charts as we booked at midnight and only has the biggest suite. Upon entering the hotel lobby, it took a long time to be able to confirm the booking, and even longer time to get the key due to verification and safety procedure. The staffs overall are professional and nice and understanding. The hotel itself has the grandest view with two tv, two separate bathrooms, two bathrobes and customized toiletries. They have swimming pool at the 2nd floor and also buffet stand as well. The food was alright, as it was a buffet worth around 250hkd each from East to South Asian, European, American cuisines. I'd recommend staying not for the price but for overall experience. It would be best if it's booked earlier as there are a lot of options and rooms available by the time. The impressive lobby sets the tone for this majestic hotel perched on the banks of Fortress Hill overlooking the harbor. The views are spectacular from every floor but the Cafe on the top has a significant wow factor. Hotel rates were reasonable and very competitive to neighboring hotels. Great sized room with a massive bath/ shower combo. Only slight disappointment was the breakfast which didn't nearly match the class of this hotel, I found the staff in the Harbour Grand Cafe annoying totally lacking any quality service experience. The breakfast buffet range was limited and poorly presented. This area needs a complete makeover of staff, atmosphere and kitchen. The overall experience was fantastic and would stay here again.

I only stayed one night at this hotel while waiting for a flight the next day. So my review is only from the experience of a very short stay. The location of the hotel is very nice. It is right on Victoria Harbour. It’s not far from a subway station, so getting to other parts of Hong Kong is convenient. It’s probably not as convenient as staying in Tsim Sha Sui area, but getting to Tsim Sha Sui was just a short subway ride away regardless. My room was amazing. It overlooked the harbor and was very clean and comfortable. I marked services and amenities as 4/5 for the following reason. The hotel does not provide any toothbrushes or toothpaste. By comparison, this is standard service in the mainland. You could buy a toothbrush or toothpaste from the lobby, but the prices were outrageously expensive and clearly meant to scam lazy or ignorant tourists. Just go to a supermarket nearby and buy a toothbrush or toothpaste for much cheaper if you forgot or do not bring them yourself. Other than that, I liked this hotel. I had good time there even though i only stayed one night and half a day.

Location quite good, close to MTR and trans etc. Staff in hotel and at breakfast very nice, front desk seemed abrupt. Room, corridors and facilities all clean but very tired - the hotel seems older than it actually is. Rooftop pool was cold but beautiful; fantastic views. What made the difference between mediocre and good for me was the breakfast, which was amazing. A huge range of every kind of food imaginable - Western-style cooked, continental, local food, fruit, yogurts, cereals, bread, pastries, rolls. Really impressive and very nice staff in attendance. My room was a bit chilly and I couldn’t get air con to blow warm air so they brought me an electric heater which did the trick. Shower was only lukewarm but I’m sure if I’d called front desk they would have tried to sort it.

The location is very good, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and the indoor sanitation is very clean, but the bedding is very poor, and it should not be changed every guest. It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. In Hong Kong, a place where every inch of land is very expensive, two or three hundred yuan can only be treated like this. If the budget is sufficient, it is better to choose a more expensive one.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

It is a well located hotel between two metro stations and short walking distance to bus terminus to all Hong Kong. The room is comfortable with some nice recycled amenities. However, there was a huge big stain in carpet, and the housekeeping didn't clean our room, saying that it was off hours. We left the room for the city at the day at 12h, so it was a bit early to finish the services, I guess. It has a very useful service of hotel shuttles to some key areas of the city, so its a plus.

There were also some reusable plastic sticks for mixing sugar in the room - I think they look very unhygeinic, better use disposable ones. Breakfast is meagre but passable. The location, though, is normal, with a metro station within 5 minutes of walking. Probably there are better options for that price in HK. I think this hotel is way below the standard of Ramada hotels.

Amenities given in room preset is only 2 toothbrushes and a shower hat. No shaving set. No comb. Etc. as I tried called housekeeping. Phone rang king time no reply. Tried to borrow a charging cable. Not able to rent one. Had to pay for charging bank at charge spot. No make up room even for two night stays. As I was trying to turn on the TV The remote don’t work. As I open the power bank. There was no battery inside. Called housekeeping. Took 30 mins to arrive room and end up wrong batteries given. But she brought Sapir remote to try on. Replace battery inside the original remote. The TV still won’t turn on. Overall a bit disappointed. Breakfast options was very little as well.

The room and bathroom were beautiful, very sleek and minimal. The design really makes the hotel stand out amongst the rest of the Hong Kong options. Location was great, loads of food and transport options around. Beds comfortable, and the whole room was very clean. The elevator to the rooms requires some patience, and the wifi could be faster. Provisions in the room were quite light - e.g. only two teabags. Overall a great stay and I would stay here again, but only at a discounted price. I am very happy with the stay for the last-minute rate we got, but wouldn’t pay the usual price which was significantly more.

The bar Avoca is superp too! So stylish and the drinks and food were fantastic, I want to commend Hazel for being so informative with explaining the menu and drinks so entertaining, and the bartender Rolph you guys are the best! The hotel is well located in front exit A of TIAN HOU (天后) of metro and the reception is super nice and upgraded me to 37 floor with very nice view and the sky swimming pool is tiny but perfect for me to go swimming by myself! Plus there is the temple 100mt from climbing staircase and turn right and walk for 100mt， I am really happy as I like to go to temple while I am traveling especially goddess Mazhu! I was quite troubled by some issue on job now I am relax and happy after praying! I think the spiritual tranquility is the most important of all than just party and shopping!

Check out is earlier than other hotels @ 11am. Room is rather small but functional and good for 1 person. Hotel is new and clean. Staff at the reception are friendly. Unable to sleep as the aircon is very noisy and somehow the pillows are either too hard or too soft. Toilet is very very small and difficult to move around. They have cups but not tea spoons. Requested for it but they don’t supply. Location so-so, among residence and wet market.

The hotel is quite central in location. There’s Starbucks next to it. However there are a lot of stairs and is not accessible to individuals who could use ramps, like travellers with large suitcases or disabled. There’s steps leading to the check-in lounge, steps to go up to the lifts and from the lifts on each floor to the rooms. The room is clean and of a good size. However, mine is right next to the main road and is very noisy. At night, there’s a low ringing noise that came in every 10s - I couldn’t get a good night sleep at all. The housekeeping is ok - but they missed some items after they cleaned up the room - they did not replenish the slippers, the toothbrushes, and the bath essentials. One of the towels had a lipstick mark on it. I had to go to the front desk to get them, but the front desk is very helpful. On the last day when I wanted to check out, the front desk personnel is missing and I had to wait about 15min for the person to return.
