Location was great, a 15 minute walking distance to Dotonbori (Glico sign) and close to many restaurants/cafes and 7-11! Also, a great location for riding many different rail lines.
Front desk has English speaking staff, but they also have signs and guides in Korean, Mandarin and obviously Japanese.
We booked a single room with two single beds but I find the room way too tiny. We struggled to open one standard check-in suitcase in the room for packing/un-packing. We also struggled to find the space to put the suitcases, the room layout isn’t the best in my opinion.
They don’t clean the rooms every day (not an issue for us), but they do provide brand new towels and hang them on the door. Because they don’t enter our room, they don’t empty out the bin so you might have to deal with this yourselves or ask them about it.
The best thing about the room is the fact they have a safe to put all your valuables in and I found this super handy!
The hotel also has a scale to check the weight of your suitcases!
