We stayed in the Executive Seaview Suite which was a very spacious room with separate living room, dining table and bedroom. There’s also a separate powder cum toilet and the bedroom walk-in wardrobe and toilet was so big with separate bathtub and shower room. Very well designed for family. The suite comes to club access. My family would like to specially thank Chris Chan and Inez Cheng for their very attentive and welcoming hospitality. Especially thank to Chris as she remembers my favourite choice of drink. We felt so at home.

One of the things I appreciated most about the hotel was the availability of a printer in my room. This was a lifesaver, as I needed to print some important documents for work. Another thoughtful touch was the drinking water dispenser in the room. This was much more convenient and environmentally friendly than providing bottled water. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the minibar was completely free. This is a first for me, and I was delighted to be able to enjoy a few drinks without worrying about the additional costs. Overall, my stay at Hotel Icon was truly exceptional. The staff were excellent, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Normally I’m a no frills kinda guy, but decided to treat myself to a nice spot after staying in a few hostels on my trip so I sprang for the top floor rooms and boy was it worth it. Staff treats you like a king upon arrival with a special front desk in the upper level and a personal escort to your room. Special access to a top level bar with a complimentary daily happy hour and exceptional view of Victoria’s Harbor. If you wanna feel like a baller or impress a special guest do this.

Had a fantastic stay here for five nights! The hotel is very accommodating, accessible by the metro train or car from the airport. I especially enjoyed my high floor room, the location and the club access lounge, as it had delicious food, a great bar and wonderful staff. Katy Ko was by far the best employee that I encountered my entire stay. She gave many suggestions for where to go, shop, eat and the best way to optimize our time at Disney! You could tell she really cares and enjoys her job! She was just so helpful even with directions to night markets and so on. There area was in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, pop up shops, malls and many more. Very accessible! If there were any negatives it would be to expand the pool area, as many times the pool chairs filled up pretty quick and the actual pool area was small! Also, to enforce parents to watch after their children in the club lounge. I understand they also have access to it but they shouldn’t be able to go to bar/ food station without adult supervision as well as run and play while many people are relaxing during this time. Overall, I enjoyed my time in Hong Kong and at the Intercontinental Hotel. Looking forwarded to staying again. Shout out to Katy Ko for being one of the best staff members here! She definitely knows the area and how to make foreigners/guest feel welcomed!

Arriving at the end of Chinese New Year is a challenge - for both hotels and non-mainland travelers. The hotel managed the flow of visitors well. The concierge service is top notch, friendly, fast and welcoming. The only downside I have to state is that the cleanliness of the room is more in the 3 star category. I had to change my room due to a strong odor coming out of the AC, which was likely caused by the excessive mold around the AC. The room change was however swift and without issues. Overall, the location is what sells this hotel. It is conveniently located for all types of Hong Kong travel.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

As we checked in late, the room we booked is no longer available so we had to upgrade to a larger suite with a king size bed. Room is very spacious considering that it's HK... So the stay was comfortable.

Due to its excellent location, every hotel room has a sea view room with an excellent view. Looking out is the Victoria Harbor, which makes people feel refreshed. The decoration style of the hotel is simple, fresh and fashionable, and design elements are reflected in all details: the design in the elevator, buttons, lights, graffiti on the guest room aisle, the wine set in the room, the shape of the lamps, as well as the body lotion and toiletry brands It is a very niche MALIN+GOETZ! I was pleasantly surprised, the taste is unique😃😃😃 My bug battery broke, and the hotel promptly brought a charger to charge it. The room was a bit cold, and they also brought a heater promptly. The service was considerate and attentive. On the day I left, I called a reserved taxi and put my luggage in the backup room. It's in the box, and it's thoughtful and careful. The restaurant on the 38th floor is so beautiful, with a better view. The Chinese breakfast ordered is also very delicious and the price is reasonable. I feel that if I come next time, I will consider staying there again. Thanks to Dilys chan, Andrew Cheung, and Doudou in the restaurant for their service! I am quite satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this time. Although the hotel is small, it is well-equipped with all the necessary equipment. The boss also thoughtfully provided an adapter plug. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance, which is a convenience. There is a restaurant downstairs that serves barbecued pork rice and the food is very delicious. Highly recommended! Grandpa was very enthusiastic and explained a lot of things to us. The service was 100% perfect. I will consider staying here again next time I come to Hong Kong.

I left my phone in the drawer of my room. When I called the owner of the guest house, they immediately told me that they found my phone in the room drawer and ask for my identification to verify if I was the one who occupied the room after verification I told them they my relative in HK will get the phone on my behalf.
