The stay experience is awesome. The apartment is very clean, aircon is superb and everything is provided in the kitchenette. Daily housekeeping is provided. Location is good with lots of food within 10 minutes walk and Aeon supermarket only 5 minutes walk. The gym is great and it's open 24 hours. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Very friendly staff and good breakfast with freshly cooked eggs and delicious Viatnemese coffee. The room was a bit noisy (4th floor) and the bathroom could be cleaner but the water was hot. There was also always a fresh supply of coffee and tea in the room. The air conditioner worked perfectly with a night mode for restful sleep. The hotel is not exactly walking distance from the city centre but taxis are very affordable (unless you accidently get in an unlicensed taxi). It's best to order a taxi from the reception. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Pros: The apartment is located on a pleasant quiet street among private housing, but close to the center. Good security system, all doors have electronic locks. Convenient self-registration system, I did everything according to the instructions without the help of the support chat. The room was cleaned upon my arrival. The room has a kitchenette with a set of dishes. I cooked food several times and it was convenient. There are many shops and cafes nearby. The bathroom has shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes and toilet paper. Two towels for two. They clean it every three days, that was enough for me. The room has an iron and hairdryer, a table, a TV and two chairs. The air conditioner works well. There is no closet, there is a rail for hangers. You can use the washing machine and dryer for free with your own powder. Minuses: The towel and sheet that I found upon check-in turned out to have holes. I contacted the chat and they changed everything on the same day. There is only one key card for two. I contacted the chat, but they answered that there was no second one. There were no cups in the apartment. Only one glass. I contacted the chat and they told me that there used to be cups, but previous guests broke them and now there are no cups. There was sometimes a puddle of water between the bed and the sink. Or from the air conditioner from the shower. I pointed this out in chat, but it wasn't fixed during my stay. The soleplate of the iron requires cleaning; it has stains from previous ironing, making it difficult to iron delicate fabrics. The table top is not attached to the legs and needs to be repaired. There are stains and chips on the walls, and there is a lack of cosmetic repairs. The Internet sometimes loses speed for no reason. It can be very slow in the evening. Overall, these are so far the best apartments that I have been able to find in the center for under $20 per night.

The hotel price is very real, the surrounding is very convenient to eat, the car is also very convenient, the place to rest in the lobby is very comfortable! Breakfast is simple, but the service is very good! Great value hotel!

The rooms are large and clean. It is a homestay property, not very easy to find in a small alley. Originally there were meals for 4 people, but it was not eaten early due to going out in the morning. But I saw other tenants cooking for themselves. The whole hotel is small, and there are charges for beds. As for our Chinese, we have difficulty in language communication. It was early, and I wanted to leave my luggage, so I gave the room key. The service was very good for the hotel first, but in the evening, I paid a quarter of the room rate, saying it was an early check-in fee. Very unhappy, this kind of thing should be said in advance.
