When we arrived at the hotel, the room was sold out, so we were asked to go to another hotel. They said that the king-size room was changed to a twin-size room in the other hotel. When we arrived at the other hotel, the person said that the king-size room we booked only had a king-size bed, and there was no twin-size room for us. When we entered the king-size room, the space was very small, and there were no toothbrushes, slippers, hair dryers, etc. We had to ask for them ourselves. It was terrible.
