Good location, fast wifi, clean, new, online service good and helpful.

Second time here. The room looks very new (in fact the whole building as well). Location is good short grabbike to district 1 supermarket eateries and cafes. Highly recommended. Hope to be back soon

Loud (VERY LOUD) guest at 1:30AM screaming, no one dealt with it so I had to myself to sleep. Cockroach in the stairs, bathroom wasn’t clean when we showed up, self checking is clear but still not super good, empty lobby. Location is much more « local » than you would like, not suited for tourists, you’ll get funny looks coming in and out of there. I would not stay there again. Staff responsive when door lock needed new batteries, communicating through WhatsApp

Everything is good but it would be great if you put one table lamp near bed .

The room is fully equipped, the location is easy to find, and it is clean. The waiter has a very good service attitude and can communicate in English. It is very close to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church. The lard experience is very good

Fully furnished, convenient location in the center of District 1. Customer service is not good. The room is degraded, the walls are moldy, the bed sheets, blankets, and old bath towels are stained. Checked in at 13:00 but by 16:00 there was no water, no water for daily use until check out at 12:00 noon the next day, no solution for guests, only 20% refund support??? Last booo room of this system.

Good support, in one of the two rooms there were stains on the wall, but the room itself was clean, completely ready for guests. Nice, comfortable bed. The only thing was that there weren't enough face towels, one wasn't enough. I recommend it for short trips, taxi to the center costs 50-65k. The hotel sends you a one-time code to enter; if you arrive earlier, you can leave your things in the lobby or wait, after which you can use your card.

The air conditioner was dripping, and I was not informed in advance that this was a self-service check-in.

N*** location near the center, adjacent to amenities such as market, pharmacy,... Professional support website system. Fully furnished, with kitchen cooking utensils, rice cooker but no dining table. The sheets and pillowcases were quite old, dark in color, and the bathroom sink was so old that it had a big hole torn in it. Spraying insecticide but not cleaning up afterward left cockroaches in many places in the room. Remember to thoroughly wash eating utensils before using. The room is not soundproof so the noise is very loud.
