The location is very good, just right beside Central Festival Hatyai, and opposite of Makro. There are 7-11 nearby, about 10mins walking distance. The staff are so nice and helpful. Enjoyed my stay here, definitely will be back again.

The room is very clean. I booked a triple room with a queen size bed and a single bed, but the single bed is a separate room. I like it privacy.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and overall, it was a comfortable experience with a few drawbacks. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was spacious, providing ample space to move around. The isolated location offered a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for those seeking tranquility. The staff at Hotel were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Additionally, the breakfast available was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. However, there were some noise issues that detracted from the overall experience. Throughout the night, the room was filled with the noise of machinery, which could be disruptive for light sleepers. Moreover, the sound of water running in other rooms was noticeable, causing some disturbance. The gym was an asset and the pool superb. Despite the noise challenges, I appreciated the comfort of the bed, the spaciousness of the room, the isolated location, the friendly staff, and the delicious breakfast offerings. With some improvements in noise insulation, the Hotel could offer an even more enjoyable stay for its guests.

The location was good . The service was not I expected as I ask for room make up but when I’m back it was not done . The bathroom was too small hope can get me upgrade the next time on my stay . I didn’t take in house food as I love the street food . The staff at the lobby was very attentive n greets everyone when we are going to level 1. He will be there pressing the lift even before we reach.

We stayed in Superior room at Wing C which is located behind Lee Garden, walkable to Kim Yong Market. Parking is good. The shower does not have hot water, shower screen does not separate dry and wet. Reception is friendly and the car park is well manned. Rated 3 stars because found the location a bit congested.

It seems that there are no Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and communications breakdown within the Maintenance, Housekeeping and Front Office team. Hot shower in our room was not working and had reported it to the Receptionist before we left the hotel for a dinner and walk. When we came back, we gave the receptionist courteousy reminder and to ask if our shower was fix. They couldnt answer that and immediately asked the maintenance staff which was happened to be standing outside of the lobby to fix it. The Worst Part:- The maintenance staff walked together with us into our room and washroom, with his same shoe which he wore when he stood outside of the lobby. After fixing it, he literally step on our floor mat to dry his shoe. The while floor mat was dark in colour and we asked him to bring that floor mat out! After reporting it to the receptionist, they didnt really know what to do, and i asked them to get the housekeeping team to come and clean it. The housekeeping lady only came to replace a floormat, without mopping the floor. We hv to request over again and tell her what happened. No apologize from any of thm. Extra tips, do not opt for their breakfast choice, there is only 6 items ala carte menu available. First day breakfast there are cereals bt the milk was abit sour, 2nd day breakfast, no cereals available.

The location of the hotel is very close to Hat Yai, which is considered a central location. It's only a few steps to the center if you're walking. The electric kettle is very popular, with 2 sets of cups, seasoning utensils and spoons. This Nescafe 3-in-1 is not free. The room rate here is normally 800 baht per day, but it should be adjusted in the future to include wifi and hair dryer. The staff are friendly and the underground parking lot is very cool. Because this hotel eats halal food, you can't eat pork here. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased here though. But it's annoying that the movies are all dubbed in Thai, I really hope the manager can take care of this. The hotel rooms are nice and clean, I would still like to stay here compared to other hotels in Hatyai.

We booked 2 x Deluxe room with breakfast , Hotel is located makro, shopping centre & night market . I like the location , very convenient and easy to access every where. There provide carpark too. The swimming pool is big & have gym room too. The room is big for me to put 2 big luggage .The staff can't really speak english fluently . Sometimes there don't understand what i asking or explain. The room is clean & the sound prove too. The most important for me is sound prove . i will be back again this hotel . Highly recommend my friends and family .

This hotel located in very strategic location. It is very convenient to shopping around. Included Kin Yong Market and Lee Garden Night Market. And also near by to famous Chiu Ge Pork Leg rice stall. Their maintenance service also very efficiency. The room air cond very cold even under 36 degrees weather in Hatyai. They also provide connecting room so our kid can stay next room to us. My family enjoy the stay with this hotel

The property is located approximately 1.5 kilometres away from the city, but it offers clean and affordable rooms. A deposit of 500 Thai Baht is required per stay, which will be refunded upon check-out. However, it's worth noting that there is no hair dryer available in the room, which might be considered a shortcoming for me.
