Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

What a lovely hotel! The staff are so friendly, and there are many special amenities - such as warming pads, eye masks, excellent toiletries. Housekeeping provided fresh fruit and goodies every day. The location across the cable car is so convenient and also a nice walk to the main Russian street and square. Breakfast was also excellent. We highly recommend this hotel in Harbin. As foreigners, we were a bit apprehensive about the hotel but we got excellent international hospitality!! Thank you!

We were delighted to find that our room was spacious and provided ample space for us to relax and unwind. The reading lounge in the room was a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy some quiet reading time. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The check-in staff were friendly and willing to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. The helpfulness and courteousness made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Convenient Location: The hotel's location was truly advantageous, as it was within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, which is known as Asia's longest pedestrian street. This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harbin. The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat. Staff at the restaurant were always attentive and ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable. Their attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our meals. City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore. Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour. Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

Jingu Hotel is the best hotel for 1st timers like me!I Love this hotel so much!so convenience, clean and most importantly located at centre of Zhongyang Street!very Even it's hard to communicate but an effort from receptionist using translator is so great!keep it up the good service

There is a bus stop downstairs, and the front desk butler Q service staff has a very good attitude. When checking out, they also sent souvenirs, which included steam eye masks, heat patches, and hand creams. The small gifts prepared for this season are so thoughtful. It is really a hotel with a sense of detail. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel is very close to Central Street, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. This is a very decent hotel, close to the main tourist area and lots of restaurants within a few hundred metres distance. The room was very warm and clean. The staff were very polite and acted very quickly upon our requests. We didn’t use the cafeteria so we cannot comment on the quality of the food, but it seemed to have quite a comprehensive selection of food even if it was just Chinese style breakfast. For the price you pay, breakfast should be included there was no coffee in the room, only tea. In any case, they were very kind and gave us a small present upon our departure.

The hotel is only 50 meters away from Central Street. It is convenient to take a taxi when you turn left. It is convenient to eat when you turn right. The old kitchen is a time-honored brand. The hotel is very beautifully decorated. I like it very much. The room is clean and the staff is very enthusiastic. I recommend it to friends from the south. The afternoon tea is rich. The pastries are sweet but not greasy. The coffee is also very fragrant. My daughter likes dragon fruit tea very much. The breakfast is even better. There are delicious roasted lamb legs and durian pizza with rich varieties. I was given a small gift when I left the hotel, which is a very beautiful candy. Two adults and children stayed in the hotel. There was no extra charge for the children for afternoon tea and breakfast. It was very good. I would like to stay here next time I go to Harbin. I really like it.

Very positive experience since i stepped into the hotel. Stayed 5 nights, the concierge team is excellent, always eager to help and offer assistance when I have any questions like how to get to certain places etc. they always offer great meals and you could tell the chef puts in effort to ensure the quality of the food as well as variety. Even as I choose the no breakfast options, there is still a wide selection of food available . Every evening there’s snacks offered at the reception area. I particularly like the peach gum coconut fungus dessert. I do not remember all the staff name, like 银 and 单单， always smile and always go the extra mile. A gentleman in the team also directed me where to get a pair of shoes etc. the housekeeping staff offered to help me with my luggage as I was checking out. Will definitely book again if I visit Harbin! Excellent location near the morning market and the central street. Across the hotel and along the sane street, massage and hair salon, nail salon is available.

Location is perfect, super convenient and this hotel is full of history of Harbin. Worth staying I checked in 2 times in a trip, they upgraded my room for both nights. First night i was given duplex unit at level 3, the room is old and not convenient with the narrow staircase. Another night i was given a newly renovated room at level 2, way more nicer compared to previous one. Make sure you get a renovated room.

Pros: The location is good and near the central street. The staff standing at hotel lobby are cheerful and polite although they are not much experiences to handle oversea customer. The hotel breakfast is nice and many variety. Cons: The hotel counter staff(cant remember her name) need to be trained as she throw our passport on the table top after recorded our particular and dull face all the way which we really feel unrespected. we stayed there for 4 nights, 1st night we find out the room a bit dusty, so next day morning I have highlighted to the counter staff my room need to vacumn thoroughly, but night time we came back still the same.
