The hotel is new and very nice, good price and relatively convenient location, but I got a call from the reception in the middle of the night, to ask about my job.... They said they needed this for their data base. I was very pissed and told them they should have asked me the following morning since I was already asleep, but they insisted it was urgent !!!

Service attitude did not say. The hotel is close to the roadside, but there is not much traffic and the noise problem is acceptable. There are two pairs of disposable slippers and a pair of sandals in the hotel. This needs to be improved. The exhaust fan in the bathroom in the room is very noisy-- The bathing area is relatively small. The curtains are blackout curtains. 500m near the hotel is the subway station, and the neighborhood is full of food. Overall, yes.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, I was very satisfied. The design of the hotel lobby made people look very comfortable. The decoration style is simple. There are books for free to read. I really like the hotel's service Miss Linda warm reception! The comfort of the hotel bed is super good, 2 pillows are more comfortable, the toiletries are prepared, and the shampoo and body soap smell very good. The surrounding facilities of the hotel are also complete, Jinhaicheng Shopping Mall and Tianjie Shopping Mall, dining and shopping, the subway is also directly next to the hotel to the East Station 4 stops, the West Lake is also direct, Qiantang River, Hefang Street is very convenient, because the first time I brought my baby here to play, I didn’t do a strategy. Thanks to Miss Linda's patient introduction to attractions and routes, I personally recommend it. First choice for staying

Intuitively, the details are better than many hotels. Bed cabinets and desks have unlimited charging; the whole house smart can be controlled with Xiaodu stereo; late night porridge will be delivered late at night; It also includes some small details, automatic toilet heating, supercharged shower, meditation earplugs, laundry bags, and the details are properly made people feel attentive. Including the color of the whole room, the lighting matching makes people feel warm. The hotel at the same price is winning the whole season and Hilton. The overall service is also very attentive, pouring tea, enthusiasm, and efficiency are very good. Atour really surprised me!
