I booked a hotel after a night trip to Wulin Pier. It took ten minutes to share a bicycle and the starting price of a taxi. Breakfast is 68 full price for a child over 1.2 meters tall. Thank you to the front desk for sending the children's breakfast. The baby in the bathtub loves it and can watch TV while washing. It's been too hot in Hangzhou these days. As a result, I couldn't sleep well without air conditioning. I am very satisfied with the service and feel very safe. Radisson is really nice.

Hotel is located at 体育场路, it has a passage way for drop off which is a plus point for us as we need not soak in the rain while transporting our luggage. The hotel has a small gym room which is great. We could burn the extra fat after some Hangzhou food delicacies. Everything is excellent except the cleanliness of the hotel room. First and foremost, there is a huge urine smell in the dry toilet area. We have requested for the cleaning lady to help to get rid & clean the toilet however no action has been taken. Then we noticed the bed we slept in actually has bed bugs. We have super sensitive skins (u may refer to the pic attached), we woke up at 1.30am to apply ointment due to itchiness :(

I really enjoyed my stay here, I will definitely book this hotel again. They have an ok pool on the third floor, and a pretty good gym for a hotel. The biggest problem is that the gym and pool are probably run by different companies so they didn’t provide towels, they didn’t provide water, the locker room for the gym isn’t really that clean. BUT! I liked having a gym + pool, it’s not that bad for the hotels pricing. The hotel itself is a bit old, the bathroom is really old! But staff was helpful, they had the robot service for when I ordered 外卖.

• Environment: The room is 7-shaped, the space is relatively small, the floor height is relatively short, and the living is a bit depressed. It is not recommended to live in this room more than 1.7 meters (other room types should not be so short). One of the surprises is the ”cross” balcony area, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, small tables, tea trays and so on. Although the space is not large, it is quite pleasant to sit there and drink tea and coffee against the floor-to-ceiling windows. • Hygiene: The bed is a single bed of 1.35 meters. There is a reminder at the front desk when you check in. The bed is very soft, but the sheets and pillowcases are a bit stained. If it is changed, it is really not clean. • Facilities: Toiletries are very complete, toothbrushes are very good, not as hard as some hotels, and small soap. The shower and the toilet are separated by a curtain, but the curtain is a little short to block the water. After the shower, the toilet area outside the shower also gathered a large pool of water. It was not dry all night, and I almost slipped in the toilet in the middle of the night. • Service: Breakfast is provided, not many categories, but there are some, it is OK. • Other: I can listen to the continuous snoring all night, a bit similar to the sound of the computer room or air conditioner, not very loud, but it is still a bit troublesome for people with insomnia. Students who have requirements for quietness and hygiene are advised not to step into the trap. I told them before I checked in that I needed quiet to catch up on some sleep. If it wasn't quiet, I chose not to check in in advance. The front desk said it must be quiet, but at 6 o'clock the next day, people started smashing walls and cementing outside, and the headboard of the bed was vibrating. Moreover: the shampoo bottle in the bathroom was stained by the previous customer and was sticky. The cleaning staff didn't even wash the bottle. The wall was still soapy after being rinsed with water. We originally booked two nights, but decisively gave up on the second night. I listened to two recordings from the front desk, but the front desk didn't even apologize.

This hotel is not far from the West Lake. It is on the 18th floor of a building. There are security gates for entry and exit. When you go out, turn left, then turn right and walk 50 meters past the door to the subway entrance. You can take the subway to the airport, train station, Wulin Square, The Olympic Sports Center and other places are very convenient; when you go out, turn right and walk 200 meters to take the bus, which will take you to the broken bridge of the West Lake in 3 stops. Although the family room is not big, it has a relatively large bed and a medium bed. The room can accommodate 3 large suitcases, and the hygiene is acceptable. The decoration of the room is relatively simple, so it is economical. The bathroom is very small, and there is no bathroom curtain in the shower room. There are water stains everywhere in the bathroom after taking a bath, and drainage is difficult. You have to borrow a mop to clean up the water after each bath, which is a bad experience for the guests. The front desk staff are quite enthusiastic.
