This is one of the best hotels we have been to! We came here to visit family and this hotel was the top recommendation. We got one of the upgraded rooms and the service was excellent! Rooms are very clean, serviced daily, and are incredible. We got a floor on the 5th level and it was great. The staff is incredibly helpful, great food variety for breakfast, and our stay was impeccable! When we come to visit again, this is easily our go-to hotel to recommend to friends, family, and anything looking for a 5 star experience!

I would recommend this hotel because (1) the service is very great (got taken care by the staff since i stepped out of the taxi), (2) the room is very clean and great, (3) the location is great and the view is nice. Would book this hotel again next time

Booked a suite and king bedroom, both rooms came with tea sets that we throughly enjoyed. Service and breakfast are good, will return if I get to come Hangzhou again

Hotel is a short walk to metro station. Room is clean and nice. Breakfast was so good. I'll stay here again.

I stay at Feng Qi Chao Ming The Dragon for a couple of nights and it was great! Very comfortable, clean and very easy to located since it’s pretty close to a metro station. Breakfast was well varied, lots of options for different kind of guests.
