Highly recommend this hotel. Since retirement we have been traveling extensively and can tell for sure that no one hotel had such excellent front desk personnel, heartwarming services, they went all the way out to help us in every concerns. For foreigners visitors like us, who cannot speak the local language, their attention, kindness and patience filled us with immense gratitude. Our room was very spacious, clean, odorless, bright, comfortable mattress and pillows. The quietness inside the room also in the hallway, provided us excellent rest. They also provided complimentary breakfast which was a thoughtful surprise. Everything was so comfortable and functional that we decided to extend our stay. My stay at the Poly International Hot Spring Hotel's King Room was absolutely perfect! The service was attentive throughout: the front desk staff were warm and efficient, greeting guests and checking us in quickly. Room service was prompt and responsive to our needs, and we even received complimentary fresh fruit upon arrival – such thoughtful touches. The package included unlimited access to the hot springs for two, featuring deep natural spring water and a variety of indoor and outdoor pools with different benefits (like herbal baths and petal pools). After a soak, my skin felt smooth, and all my fatigue melted away. The breakfast spread was extensive, a great mix of Western and Chinese options, including local specialties, and everything tasted delicious.

Very clean and comfortable room. It has great access from hi-speed train station. Front staffs can’t speak English, so you should use translating app if you can’t speak Chinese.

The service at the front desk was very good. I gave a good review and gave a small gift to the child. Parking is in the hotel's underground parking lot, and the elevator can go directly to the lobby. It's very convenient. It's good not to have to drag heavy boxes up the stairs.

Riverside Grand Hotel is the most satisfying luxury 5-star hotel I've stayed at in Guiyang. It's newly opened, and I chose it for its convenient location while attending a training at the Normal University in Wudang District. The hotel is directly opposite the university, and the subway station is just a 5-minute walk away. Getting to Guiyang East Station by taxi only takes 10 minutes, making transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including a basketball court, gym, swimming pool, and even EV charging stations (both fast and slow chargers), which is super handy if you're driving an electric car. There's also a spacious self-service laundry room with dryers and ironing facilities. The all-day dining restaurant offers complimentary freshly ground coffee, and the breakfast spread is fantastic, with both Chinese and Western options. The front desk staff provided exceptional 5-star service. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with every detail taken care of. The rooftop has a lovely lounge area where you can relax with a cup of tea and enjoy the river views – it's very pleasant. I was extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel staff, from security to housekeeping and the front desk, were all excellent. When we drove to the parking lot, it was a bit tricky to parallel park, so the security guard helped us maneuver the car in. The front desk even lent us an umbrella when it started raining. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the sofa by the window offered a great view. They also have a gym and laundry room, and the front desk specifically put me on the 15th floor, right next to the gym. The air conditioning was really powerful and the breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is big but location is not convenient for sightseeing. You need to take high speed train at Guiyang Bei Station.

The living experience is quite good. The most surprising thing is the convenient surroundings. You don't have to go far for a snack. Just a few minutes downstairs, you'll find several authentic restaurants. My favorite is the long-established Guiyang hot pot restaurant. Every evening, the restaurant wafts with enticing aromas. A shiny round iron wok is set over the fire, first brushed with golden rapeseed oil, and then sliced ​​pork belly, stinky tofu, and shredded potatoes are layered on top. The sizzling sound is truly soothing. Dipping it in the restaurant's secret chili powder, the charred aroma of meat blends with the sweetness of vegetables, and every bite is filled with the flavors of Guiyang. It's so satisfying to be able to savor authentic Guizhou cuisine without having to travel far.

My stay at Guiyang Wanxiang Hot Spring Resort was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's attached hot spring is definitely the highlight; it was incredibly relaxing after a long day of work. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent too. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they were always available when needed. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The environment is serene and quiet, making it perfect for both leisure and business. It's a great choice for relaxing after a business trip, and overall, it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Guiyang!
