All Seasons Hotel (Guangzhou Tianhe Park Subway Station) Reviews

Highly recommend for staying in this hotel, 10-15mins drive to Canton Fair complex, and to shopping mall in Tianhe area. The room is clean, the service is very responsive.

Overall is good except the hotel room needs some improvement on the toilet cleanliness. Toilet not cleaned up to reasonable standard as it has fouled smell and hair.

All Seasons (or Ji Hotel as this hotel chain is otherwise known by) is my go to residence when in China. Found in many convenient locations throughout China, this hotel chain is extremely reliable for providing comfort and cleanliness in modern interiors comparable to 5 star hotels. Tianhe Park Subway Station branch in Guangzhou is especially close to my heart as the staff goes beyond to extend friendship and hospitality to ensure their guests' overall comfort. Thank you to the staff at this branch, especially the front desk for their superb service for my stay on April 10, 2024.

This time I chose to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel. It was really an extremely satisfying experience. I gave it a five-star rating without hesitation! As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I could feel the simple yet warm atmosphere. The lobby is elegantly decorated, the staff is warm and friendly, and their friendly smiles make people feel like spring breeze. Their service is efficient and thoughtful, the check-in procedures are fast and smooth, and they carefully introduced the hotel's services and surrounding travel information to me. The room is spacious, bright, tidy and clean. The bed is so comfortable that people don't want to get up once they lie on it. The texture of the pillows and quilts is very good, ensuring high-quality sleep quality. The layout in the room is simple and practical, the furniture is reasonably placed, and the facilities are complete and in good working order. The sound insulation effect of the room is also quite good, allowing people to fully rest in a quiet environment. The dining at the Four Seasons Hotel also left a deep impression on me. The breakfast is rich in variety, with a variety of nutritious choices. Whether it is Chinese hot porridge and side dishes, or Western bread and milk, they are all fresh and delicious. The environment of the restaurant is comfortable, and the service staff cleans the table in time, making people feel happy when dining. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with convenient transportation and travel around. There are also many shopping malls and restaurants nearby to meet various life needs.

Great hotel, the girl at the reception (I lost the girl’s name, I wrote it down on purpose😭) is simply wonderful! She worked on June 15, when I stopped by, and helped me that day, and many other days when I was there until June 22, I would really like to thank her specifically for her help. She helped me more than once, explained everything, and was very nice to me. And overall, very polite and kind staff. Cleaning every day, everything is clean, it’s easy to get from the hotel either by taxi or a 5-7 minute walk to the metro

The quilt is very comfortable!! I slept soundly. It is very close to Tianhe Park, so I can go jogging in the morning. Yuancun is a little further ahead, so I don't have to worry about food. Although it is next to the highway, the room is soundproofed and there is no sound when the window is closed.

Although the room is small, it is clean and comfortable, with good facilities and hygiene, good service, and a better environment than the previous one. I will choose All Seasons next time. The customer service girl is very patient in after-sales service, good reviews!

The hotel is renovated. The location is OK and the room style is also new. The king-size bed room is on a high floor facing the road. Maybe because of the early check-in, the room was not cleaned very well. You can see hair stuck on the glass in the toilet. Although it is marked as a non-smoking room, the room still smells of cigarettes. The one-day stay is nearly ¥1200. For your reference

This is the fourth time I have stayed here. I was very satisfied every time. This time, there was one thing I really didn't like. As soon as I arrived, I saw the front desk was playing with her phone. She didn't notice that I was standing in front of her for five or six seconds. She kept playing without me saying anything. Playing with her phone is fine. When I filled in the check-in information later, I showed the Yueju code and asked me to tell you my ID number. I didn't like it very much. There were at least five or six people on the first floor at that time. They asked me to reveal my ID number in front of so many people? Wouldn't they ask me if I had a photo of my ID? Or could I type my ID number on my phone? There was no such situation in the previous three check-ins. After showing the Yueju code, they asked for the phone number. I don't know if it's because the new employees don't know how to handle it, or what the situation is. Asking guests to show their ID cards is a very bad behavior. Please train your employees well and don't let this happen. It really affects the mood of staying. I am satisfied with other aspects of the hotel, otherwise I wouldn't choose to stay for the fourth time. This is the first time I have encountered this after visiting so many hotels.
