Got an upgrade to junior suite, which was fantastic! Room very spacious and spotless clean. Breakfast with many choices, Asian/Chinese and Western buffet. Located only 2 minutes from metro station Chating (line 1), so very convenient to commute to train station (20 minutes) and old town (8 minutes). Would definitely choose it again for business in Fuzhou👍

Amazing service, amazing location and amazing views. I can't wait to come back when the new hotel is built. However, since the new hotel is being built they do not seem to be spending much on maintaining the existing hotel and it shows. Was a little dirty and a bit dated.

A warm welcome, fast check-in and an upgrade into executive room. Especially Ms. Grace shows a very good service attitude and very attentive friendly help. Breakfast is a high standard and the good quality of food is delicious and various. Enough elevators and no waiting time when will up or down. The room is good equipped, clean and tight. It have good view. There is a good lobby which is suitable for meeting, drink somewhat, relax or what you want. However, I got a pleasant stay and will stay here next time. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room is clean and tidy, bright and comfortable. The breakfast is also very good, with a wide variety and many Fuzhou specialty snacks. There were three of us staying. Miss Du Zhidan at the front desk gave us free breakfast for the third person and upgraded the room type. Her attitude was kind and the service was attentive and thoughtful. She also gave us some small gifts before leaving. The hotel's concierge is also very good. It rained heavily in Fuzhou, and the concierge brought us three umbrellas from the hotel. Next time I come to Fuzhou, I will choose Westin Hotel😄😄

I stayed in three suites for five days in total, and now I will review this place together. The room looks good at first glance, but lacks details. I would like to make the following suggestions: 1. According to the staff, the room I stayed in had some problems with the power system due to the updated smart system. The lights and curtains automatically switched on and off, even waking me up in the middle of the night. I hope it can be improved quickly. 2. Almost everything in the room requires extra payment. Even a small bottle of Coke in the minibar is not free. It is not even as good as some B&Bs I stayed in, let alone some good Evian, Perrier and the like, which can be purchased in Provide more under price control. 3. The toiletries are actually very traditional large bottles of Lux, which is really low-key and unhygienic. 4. The messaging system is not perfect. One of the two days I bought breakfast, the service staff actually chased me and told me that I didn’t buy it. After checking with the front desk, I successfully had breakfast. This episode was not very pleasant. 5. The soundproofing of the hotel is very average or even poor. The next door neighbor was still chatting at 12:30 on the last night, which greatly affected my sleep. Originally I just wanted to give it three points, but the staff was very enthusiastic, had a good attitude, and actively solved problems when they happened, so I gave them encouragement.

Stayed at the hotel for four days on a business trip. It is located at the intersection of Liuyi Middle Road and Haichao Road. It’s quiet in the middle of noisiness. The little girls at the front desk have a good service attitude. There is a little girl wearing glasses who is very enthusiastic 👍... The room decoration is stylish, simple and clean. Neat, full of design, almost floor-to-ceiling windows, smart curtains, toilets, vanity mirror lamps 👍... The breakfast is also quite rich and tastes good... There is a robot delivering food, I specially ordered the takeaway and wanted to experience it, but the robot was the result that day Broken 😅...The hotel provides free parking lot very convenient! All in all this stay is very pleasant, next time I go to Fuzhou will choose it

Close to Sanfang Qixiang, 3 subway stations can be reached, and the hotel in Sanfang Qixiang is more cost-effective. The order has no breakfast but it is relatively simple. The room area is not very large. It is OK! Next time I come, I will still be one of the hotels.

I was traveling from the USA to visit family and friends in Fuzhou. There are many good things with this hotel. The location is great (a few minutes from subway station, supermarkets, multiple restaurants). The service, from the reception desk to housekeeping and breakfast staff, is top notch. What falls down for this hotel is the hardware - it is very dated and desperately needs a renovation, especially in the rooms. Without the renovation this hotel will be difficult to stay in soon.

Family outing twin room, the bed is a bit small not suitable for the big northerners to sleep. Sanitary conditions are OK, very clean. The room is not too big. Staying in the barrier-free room is oversized and clean. I have prepared a disposable bathtub cover. Unfortunately, there is no cold air conditioning in winter. The whole room is too hot and the temperature difference outside is so big. The air fan has to be blowing against people for a moment.
