It takes me 2 hrs for check-in hotel upon arriving hotel. Hotel said they do not receive order from Trip.com. Overall, my stay is fine. Great Location for business travel.

located southwest of shanghai but still near to the French concession area. Metro can get you everywhere, good value for money.

We are a family that is quite new in Shanghai, and Marriott is the 1st International hotel chain we have booked in Shanghai. But unfortunately, we are not very satisfied with our stay. It also disappoints me because I have high expectations. What specifically did not please us was our experience, most specially my children, during our 1st night dinner buffet. I was supposed to just order ala carte for their dinner, which actually is more expensive that paying an extra person for dinner buffet. Their staff, Benny Chan was already quite hostile when we arrived when I told him I will order ala carte for my children and even told us they need to stay in a separate table. I got marshmallows and my son just took a tiny marshmallow and he rudely told me they cannot do that! They were children for God's sake! We have actually other not so good experiences most especially in dining in and during checking out, but it is just too many too mention 🙁

The front desk staffs are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good. If there is more variety of fruits are perfect.

The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful. A few spoke English well which was a plus. The area is nice, a lot of popular spots in walking distance. I was initially worried about the traffic in the area, but taxis came and went with no issue. Breakfast was awesome! It is an old hotel. It’s more obvious in the rooms. I didn’t like my room personally, but the staff was courteous in allowing me to change. It didn’t make a difference. But the bed was super comfortable. Would I stay again? Yes, based on the friendliness of the staff, surrounding areas, breakfast. I’d try another type of room.

It is an ok hotel, mattress is better than others. Room was too hot, but, at least, window can be open

This hotel need deposit 500 RMB when we checkin but deposits refund too late, I can’t get my refund still
