South Grand China International Hotel Reviews

2nd time I've come to stay for 1 week for a business trip. Pleasant and attentive staff. I chose this hotel for its location and its fully-equipped gym. I will be a frequent guest.

The hotel is very good, but reception staff is really complicated. Cannot change US$, cannot make a deposit with credit card, nobody speaks any English at all. Would be useful to have at least one person that speaks English beside Chinese.

But I don't want anything, I report truthfully, and the key is to correct and improve the service. I was not happy with my stay, the cost performance is not high, the hotel is old, and the socket is far away... Almost 400 yuan
