This hotel stands out from traditional ones because you control the AC, lights, and curtains with a tablet. It's quite unique, though it takes a little getting used to and some exploring to figure out how to use the tablet. The location is great; you can walk to the area around Merdeka Square, and it's not far from the subway station. There's also a 7-Eleven and restaurants nearby. The front desk staff spoke English that I could understand, and their service was excellent. The lobby on the first floor has a dining area and spaces where you can sit and relax or work. There's no kettle in the room, but you can get hot water from the first floor. Mineral water, toothpaste, and toothbrushes are provided in the room. The bed is large, and there's enough other space, so even with a big suitcase, it shouldn't be an issue. What I liked most is that smoking is prohibited in the rooms, so there was absolutely no smell of smoke. Housekeeping seemed to happen while guests were in their rooms; I was startled when someone knocked on my door around 7 PM. When I opened it, I saw two guys with a cleaning cart. I found it inconvenient, so I didn't let them clean then.

I booked a room with a view through Trip, but they gave me a room with no view. The hotel's reason was that it's first come, first served, so they didn't hold a room with a view for me, even though I specifically booked one. Apparently, even if you book a room with a view, you still need to specify it again in the request section, otherwise the hotel won't give it to you because it's first come, first served. Also, the cold water doesn't get cold at all, no matter how much you adjust it to 20 degrees, the temperature doesn't change. The location is great. The hotpot restaurant across the street is also delicious. The lobby is beautiful too.
