I have stayed here a few times and always been impressed by friendly and helpful staff. Safe place to stay. Convenient location near railway station. Will stay again.

Well we arrived here today xmas eve and having read previous reviews we were expecting a dump .Well it couldn't be further from the truth .What a lovely place ,very clean ,lovely marbled floors in receception as you walk in .The guy on reception was lovely very friendly and helpful and check in was very quick .Ok so there are a few scuffs here and there but nothing that was horrendous ,even our own homes suffer from knocks and bumps at some time . Our room on first floor is superb warm ,very clean and spacious . They don't serve breakfast but they do evening meals on weekends . So some of the previous reviews about this hotel must be lies because what we are seeing is a really nice clean place and for the price excellent . If you want the Ritz then go and pay Ritz prices .But for what we paid for 3 nights it meets well over our expectations . To get free parking make sure you give reception your vehicle reg when you check in .

Don’t do it. Don’t do it. Don’t do it !!!!! hell on earth This has to be the worst hotel in the United Kingdom. Nothing seems to work. Cigarettes smell everywhere. Leaking ceilings. Absent staff and worst of all you get a parking tickets a week after You visited even if you validated your parking at reception.

We stayed for two nights whilst visiting our grandaughters new home and cannot praise this hotel enough! Our room was just lovely and absolutely spotless with plenty of very hot water. A very comfortable bed with sheets white not grey and towels exactly the same. Breakfast was well cooked and so much we didn't need to eat again till 5.30 ! Overall a wonderful two days in immaculately clean large communal areas and restaurant witheveryone so friendly and helpful. Cannot reommend highly enough!

I stayed here because it’s the worst reviewed hotel in Coventry. The hallway was messy but I checked back in an hour and it was cleaned up. My room wasn’t the cleanest or well presented. All you need is a clean bed and mine was mostly clean. My favourite part of the hotel was the function room pretending to be an Indian restaurant. A beautiful lobby with a tv, pool table and bar sadly they had nothing on draft available but this was a positive as water was a healthy alternative. 5 Stars 🌟

This hotel is a dump and should be shut down for health reasons. Under no circumstances stop here. If you do then its your own stupid fault. You will not get any sleep at all and it stinks of fag smoke everywhere.

Disgusting hovel ! Rude arrogant staff that couldn't care less that the accommodation is disgusting. As a company they are refuse to accept complaints and refuse point blank to follow GDPR issuing fake parking fines and trying to scam people

Never ever go there it’s disgusting! The corridor stank, like stale milk. Dodgy people hanging around and it smelt of **** inside. No kettle in the room. I put a chair behind the door when I went to bed I didn’t feel safe. No heating, dirty bathroom it needs shutting down. Certainly needs taking off ***********.

So horrible, it was stinking like someone has vomited and never cleaned. Visited for my daughters graduation ceremony at Warwick Uni. We booked 5 rooms, 2 of the rooms did not have electricity and one of the room's bathroom was leaking..... another room's bathroom was flooded. Why is this hotel even on ***********? There seems to be people from Asylum and whole night dogs were barking and people slamming the room doors and shouting..... Never been to this kind of hotel ever. On complaining on check in the staff told us that they are cleaning the corridor and on checking out they did not even bother to listen to us. Please stop booking this hotel.

What a shocking place , so disgusting, very bad smell as soon as you walk in , bad atmosphere, uncomfortable bed, water was leaking from the sink , I will not even give 1 star to this so called hotel . Avoid avoid

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HOTEL. It has parties at weekends with loud music unti l5:30am I had requested a quiet room could not sleep Thecortidors dell of urine and dog faeces, tgere was evidence of nitrous oxide raking in corridors. Black mould on bathrooms I complained and they refused to give money back. And *********** offered 25Euro even when the hotel confirmed there had been noise until 5:30 am my requested quiet room. Look at tye review 7th June other website (unfortunately after I had booked. My daughter was too scared to leave the room until the drunkards from the party and dodgy characters at tye entrance had gone. TV didn't work door locks djetchy and really noisy without the sound system blaring all jight. Get one out of five purely because i couldn't save with 0 Truly the worst experuence I've ever had!

DO NOT STAY HERE. THE PHOTOS DO NOT SHOW WHAT THIS HOTEL IS REALLY LIKE! This hotel is disgusting. The bathrooms are unusable, the beds are not comfy, everywhere is dirty. There is an awful smell throughout that is a mixture of sweat, wet dog, cigarettes and ****. There is a nightclub underneath the rooms that is so loud you cannot get to sleep. When it stops, everyone in the hotel comes to life, slamming doors, screaming at eachother. We were meant to stay 2 nights but left at 3am on the first night it was that bad. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE THAN HERE!!

THIS PLACE ISN'T SAFE, DO NOT GO THERE. I made the mistake of reading reviews after I checked in and see the place. If you ever wondered what a crack den was like in real lift, this is it. Something seemed off as soon as I pulled into the car park, dodgy men hanging around everywhere. I've never been to a place so dirty in all my life, smelt like a dirty ashtray and ****. The room was freezing as the window was broken and god nose what all over the walls. My 11 year old daughter asked if we could stay somewhere else, but everywhere we booked. Was woken up at 2am by the noise from next door and them trying to gain access to my room from the door in our room leading to theirs. Went to reception and was given another room. Which also had a broken window which was in the bathroom and the latch was broken on the bathroom door so you couldn't close it, so the room was also cold. We left at 6am This place needs some major health & safety, and hagen checks done or shutting.

This place is a dump.....do NOT book. You would be better off hiring a small skip and staying in that over night than staying here. No restaurant, just some Caribbean place next door which is not recommended by the hotel and is a different business. No breakfast facilities. It is more of a hostel than hotel, there are all sorts of 'characters' hanging around. It had liquid stains all up the stairs, there are at least 108 coats of paint on everything (inc light switches and sockets), it stinks....The first room I was given had not be cleaned-quilt thrown on bed, bin full of bottles, dirty cups, towels on bathroom floor. The second room(87-Executive room!!!) stunk of cigarette smoke, the window handle was broken and I could only just secure the single glazed window. Outside the window floating in the stagnant water on a flat roof was a stack of old cigarette butts. The TV socket was broken so I had to wedge the plug in to get a signal. The carpet in the room was worn/frade. The shower was either red hot(after 5 minutes of running the water) or if you added a tiny amount of cold then the water temp dropped to near freezing. The smoke detector in the room showed no sign of life (LED indicator) nor did the 'break glass' in the corridor-suggesting the fire alarm is inoperative. Considering the smell in the room I am surprised I didn't wake up asthmatic. Noise all through the night of the 'characters' on the move around the building. Tried to book another hotel that night but everything was full. It was very obvious that complaining was going to be fruitless, they obviously have no self respect or pride in their business. I am not a hotel snob but it would have been better to slept in the Travel lodge bins than stay in this place. I left at 8.00am the following morning, glad to get out for some fresh air. Noticed what looks like a bullet hole in the hostels sign outside!! Do not be fooled by their photos. At £75.00 per night (with no breakfast) it is not cheap. It wouldn't matter if it was free, I wouldn't stay again. DT
