I chose to stay here because of the airport shuttle and the accessibility to public transportation. Given the price I had to pay, I’d have given a better a rating IF: (1) airport shuttle is more punctual (2) the TV in the room works better (clearer, guests ‘can’ use it simply by following menu, has choices of movie/ netflix connection) (3) the sink in the toilet has more efficient water draining (4) the air conditioner has digital control and is quieter (5) The lift works smarter.. What I like: (1) The complimentary coffee machine in common area (2) The staff are nice

The hotel is close to the airport and the shuttle bus takes guests to and from the airport every half an hour. That is very convenient. The room is clean. The hotel does not do housekeeping every day and does not refill the supplies such as coffee, tea bags or towels, etc. it is said it only does the housekeeping on the third day of the stay.

The hotel is generally OK, not far from the airport, which is convenient! Most of the service staff are from Asia, so communication is fine! But the room supplies are less than ideal. At this price, there are not even ordinary disposable slippers! not ideal! There are no optional restaurants, supermarkets or small convenience stores near the hotel, and it is not convenient!

Pros: very close to airport & transit stop out front. Airport shuttle was quick & efficient. Cons: small, poorly lit room, dusty/musty odor, sticky surfaces that needed disinfecting, HVAC so loud I couldn’t use it because I was afraid I wouldn’t hear my alarm, high price for this quality.

Road noise in rooms was terrible and unable to sleep. I'm not usually a person who doesn't sleep because of noise but it was bad here. Request rooms that aren't anywhere near the main road and maybe it will be good. Don't get a room by the main road out front!!

i was concerned about staying here after reading reviews for this property, but decided to start our holiday as our starting place. we had an early flight out. getting from the parkade to the hotel was a challenge with lots of luggage as there are stairs. but a few trips and we had it done. the staff was very friendly and accommodating and offered us an upgrade, which we took. the room was ok, the bed was acceptable and the room was relatively clean. no complaints and would recommend for the stayover as we did.

I stayed with my Family, Feb 29-Mar 1, while going to ProD in Richmond. I was absolutely disappointed to have a lukewarm shower, paying 180 dollars for the room. When phoning Best Western Customer service March 20, they said that the hotel tried to contact me when I received no email or no phone call, whatsoever. My Hubby phoned today to see if there was a resolution and they had to open the file again for contact from the hotel. I am not happy with how is resolved.

Great service, all the guys that work there are very young, but definitely very kind, they have a free shuttle from and to the airport, when you arrive to Vancouver to gontontje Shuttle door, there is a phone and you dial the hotel’s code and they send the bus, pretty easy. Comfortable beds.
