I'm so happy I finally found a place that I can say I've really enjoyed my time in.Staff who really know what it's all about-HOSPITALITY. Great welcome on my arrival,very comprehensive explanations as to where everything was and how to access things.I know people have complained about depositS for this that and the other-GET OVER IT.Ive stayed in higher end hotel who do the same. Eva ,Arthur and Fernando at Reception where excellent throughout my visit.I ate quite a bit at the hotel and I found the food good and the pleasantness and efficiency of all staff without exception to be wonderful. I asked for a room change on day two,as there was quite a loud group next to my original room and it was sorted immediately. The spa has all you could want also,and again a very pleasant guy takes care of things there. Finally,the room,again its got all you need.I had beautiful sea view,lovely dark wood floors,great shower and amenities aswell as wonderful Housekeeping. This hotel is mainly geared for LGBTQ client and as a member of that community I can recommend this hotel to you-Its great. Well done to everyone involved I'm making my first trip to Torremolinos so memorable and wonderful. John P Murphy xx

The hotel is very comfortable and the terrace is very comfortable and the air conditioning is very well equipped. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The bad pool helper does not do all his work except being at the phone s is allowed to throw our towels on the ground. The pools are top but only 5 transactions around the pool very few screen places the customers were put on the walks around the pool so we stopped going there. Host staff who were allowed to call us at 16:00 on a very high air when we returned it was 15:00 she refused to tell us what was the object of the ”convocation” And that he had to wait for his manager who was not available before 16:00 those to whom I answered that there was no question of returning in an hour that I had something else to do and that they didn't have any interest in calling me again. brev c was quite strange If not for the rest the place was very pleasant but a car is needed to move the parking places along the residence is limited the hotel offers a parking paying to 8 euros per day hello the manner for and access ...

Fantastic holiday, 3rd time here. The staff are so welcoming and attentive to all guests. The whole complex is kept very clean. The on site restaurant is very good as well. You are within a 7 euro taxi ride to La Cala or Fuengirolla if you want to go shopping. There is great entertainment on poolside every day with bingo etc and at the onsite restaurant 4 nights a week they have live singers who are very good.

I have just returned from 4 nights in this hotel with my 21 year old daughter. We stayed in a Superior room which was really lovely - very spacious, plenty of wardrobe space and use of a safe which was great, lovely bathroom and very clean. Our balcony was amazing - on a corner and looking right out to sea. We found the Reception staff quite curt but they did their job. All other staff were lovely. I've read bad reports about the food but we found it to be really good - fresh with plenty of choice. The only criticism is that it was unlabelled so for people with allergies this could prove to be a problem. Also, I do like to know what I am eating, There was sometimes a delay getting drinks at dinner and it was disappointing that the coffee machines are only on at breakfast. The pool area is lovely as is the area around the pool bar. There is an adults only area which is great and i can imagine really beneficial for longer stays. Plenty of sun loungers although not the comfiest i have ever experienced. Drinks at the bar - sometimes a bit of a queue but staff worked very hard. Plenty of choice and some brand drinks available - Smirnoff, Beefeater. We were unlucky with the weather though in that it was incredibly windy for most of our stay which made sunbathing difficult and in fact for 2 afternoons we couldn't sit out at the pool or on our lovely balcony - not that this is the hotel's fault, just making an observation as the weather did ruin our short stay. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk away from the nearest bars and shops - there is the Luna Beach bar a minute or so walk along the front and a lovely restaurant called La Cala. A taxi to the marina costs around 8 euros and is worth taking the trip as there are plenty of shops and restaurants.

Just returned from el pourto ,after reading some bad reports I was apprehensive about going as we had booked 2 weeks holiday.we are 2 ladies in our 60s we are friends. It is not as bad as people make out but it is not a holiday hotel it is more transient for people wanting to visit the area and have somewhere to lay their head .there is no appreciation that you have spent a lot of money to stay in their hotel.reception staff ok but they prefer Spanish residents , bar staff in reception area are so rude twice I tried to get served and they just carried on talking to each other so I walked away, no customer service skills at all.restaurant staff are very reserved only the odd one say hello..the best staff are the chamber maids they always speak and are very helpful..the rooms are kept spotless.we was never woke up early.the bathrooms are very small and not private at all.because we are friends one of us kept going out to give the other person privacy for the toilet, Something needs to be done re pool bar it is our pool to use but you can only drink and eat anything bought up there.but it is expensive and some budgets won't stretch to using the bar.again some staff speak and make you feel welcome.breakfast good but evening meal needs looking at as it is repetative and uninviting unless you love sweet things.please be aware it is not mobile friendly with restaurant being up on the first floor of a different block so your down in one lift and back up in another .as the lifts are not very reliable it can take a while to get to the restaurant. I wouldn't personally go back but it is central and very clean.maybe because I served all my career in customer service I expect to be looked after as I would have served residents.maybe they should have a mystery resident to report back to management re the failings of staff.after all we are the people who keep the money coming in and keep the Spanish economy going.please dont worry if you have booked to go as it is not to bad....

Great location, big rooms, decent breakfast... Nonetheless very noisy from the activity in the lobby to the neighbors walking around...

The biggest defect is not being able to smoke anywhere in the facility, and the food and cocktails are not up to the level of a hotel like this, otherwise to disconnect with the pool and the high-quality service and room

Very old school hotel (Bit dated) Yeah! needs a face lift. But location wise was superb. Right in the centre and just walking distance from Torremolinos Train Station. Beautiful views from the top floor overlooking the Mediterranean Ocean. The room was small and bed was awful. Staffs were very friendly. Not recommended.

We visited 3rd to 13th July with Jet2 Holidays, if we return we would get a private taxi to hotel, 20 mins versus an hour + on the bus. Check in nice and straight forward, reception is decorated to a high standard and is on the 8th floor( street level) , hotel has 12 floors, beach and pools being 1st floor and buffet restaurant on 7th floor. Room spacious enough only gripe was lack of hangers, around 8 of them between 2 adults …take a few of your own. Room cleaned daily and if you want towels changed drop them all in the bath to ensure you get fresh ones. Buffet restaurant was lovely , beautiful view of the ocean from the 7th floor. Yes there was repetition but food was always hot and the salad bar plentiful with choice, staff constantly monitored the stations wiping clean the smallest drip or spill. Drinks service was relaxed but once you got know the waiting staff they often remembered your drinks choices and appreciated us making an effort with attempts at Spanish even just a please and thankyou goes a long way, big thankyou to Cosme Rodreguez who greeted everyone with a big smile 😃 and was very attentive no matter how busy his section was. We used the BThai ala carte once as it unfortunately only opens Thursday to Sunday and had a lovely meal. We had the option to have an ala carte lunch at la Bonita beach restaurant however the temp was 35-40 degrees due to heatwave so we opted for the air conditioned buffet instead. We used the beach during the day and had to pay 14 euros for 2 loungers with padded cushion and parasol each visit, with 3 days to go a section was cordoned off with signs for use by hotel Benalma only, the people who owned them then covered the signs with paper and explained they were waiting for the hotel to sign a contract for them, so we had to continue to pay the same lady for the rest of the stay, would be great if the beach loungers were free for hotel guests rather than the add expense. Hotel Beach bar close to beach front and again staff were always polite and again remembered drinks choices, a big shout to Adrian Sederno who’s English was perfect but genuinely appreciated our pigeon Spanish 😃. Overall couldn’t fault the Hotel and can see us returning in the future.

This is my second stay here and I'm currently enjoying my last few days of a 2 week stay, our room view is absolutely out of this world and the rooms are spotless with housekeeping coming in every day without fail. Entertainment is absolutely amazing both for kids and adults, the calibre of bands they get in are just incredibly, queen is a must see. Staff are so helpful and friendly from reception to housekeeping and Entertainment staff are just amazing, don't know where they get their energy from😄 hotel has absolutely everything, from decent supermarket, hairdressers, beauty to even a doctor. I will definitely be returning. Thank you sunset ❤️
