It's still new, so everything is clean and I'm satisfied. I stayed the night before golf and left early in the morning, so I wanted to try the breakfast. The only parking lot was full, and although there was one nearby, it was cold at night. However, I was glad that I was able to make a reservation by searching on the day.

It's a new building with a clean interior, and the adjacent parking lot is surface parking with no height restrictions, so it's easy to use.

I used it on a business trip. Although it was fully booked on the day before the marathon, the inside of the building gave the impression of being quiet. I was able to take breakfast home to my room and eat it slowly, so I was able to eat slowly. The menu is small, but I was satisfied because it had both Japanese and Western dishes, as well as vegetables, and was served hot. There were hardly any places to eat around, so I had to eat at a convenience store for dinner. The front staff were all friendly and kind.

It's right opposite Nara Tenri Station, very convenient. The service is also good. Although the breakfast is simple, it is delicious.

Why doesn’t it properly mention I’ll have to pay for the parking separately

New and clean room, just the right facilities, convenient location, fast and friendly service, and free breakfast was also great! I wish there was an email address to contact you after booking... (Also, room 1214 had a smell, probably due to ventilation issues. Room 1212 was OK.) Thank you. I will use it again :) Clean room with simple but good enough facility. Convinient to access Tenri station, and places in Tenri city. Frindly and quick response of staffs for any inquiry. And... lovely free breakfast :) I would like to say thank you for all support during my stay :) Ah... if possible... would like to give the hotel's email address to guest who has booking... it is hard to contact via phone from overseas. (seems vetilation of room 1214 had problem (room 1212 was OKay). Pls check)

Reasonably priced. As it is new, it is clean and tidy. I asked the front desk if I didn't need cleaning, but they hung a new towel on the door, which was nice. It was a bit disappointing that the vending machines were only on the first floor and only had drinks. However, there was a convenience store nearby so it wasn't too inconvenient.

It was conveniently located in front of the station. Parking was 800 yen, so I used a nearby parking lot that was 500 yen. I thought the breakfast was substantial for a business hotel. The hotel is still new, so it's clean. Room cleaning is done every 4 days, but I wish it was done every 3 days. The staff were all very nice.

It was a very clean hotel. There is a convenience store right in front of Tenri Station. It takes less than 20 minutes to get from Tenri to Nara. Access is good.

The staff were very polite and attentive, it was close to the station, it was clean, and the view was great. Everything was perfect. I had a comfortable stay for three nights and it was a great trip. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!
