This hotel was great! Upon check in the staff was extremely welcoming. My king bed room was spacious and gorgeous. The room and hotel in general was very clean. The staff ensured to call if I needed anything, and sure enough whenever I called they assisted me efficiently and quickly. Great price as well. Highly recommend! Great location too. There is a dunkin donuts, movie theatre, raising canes, and more in the same lot.

Very friendly and kind staff. Nice hall. Room not huge but big enough for the 3 of us. Clean bathroom. We did not use microwave or fridge but useful. Free hot breakfast and awesome free second meal between 5:30 pm to 7 pm. Only 15 min drive to the River Walk. Safe parking, walking distance to an In-and-out and other fast food restaurants. Avoid Taco Cabana, not friendly staff. We’ll definetly repeat Drury again

My girlfriend and I came here from you Houston so I could get my prosthetic from the doctor here in San Antonio. We have been here over 3 months now and I am very hard to please and I am very satisfied. Jesus and Jenny have been beyond good to me and my girlfriend. I had to go to the hospital two different times and they always ask my girlfriend about me and my well-being. Our room was clean and I have my 2 dogs with me also. The staff is always super cool with my pets. Will the manager is a real true professional, I have spoken with him on 2 different occasions and he is a cool dude. We have been treated like family here and I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. I would recommend if you are staying longer than a night or so, rent by the week or the month and it will be cheaper. We plan on staying here for another 3 months because the hospital is so close and my doctor is right down the street. There might not be a continental breakfast or pool but if you smoke they have smoking rooms and they stay out of your business if you handle your business. They clean the rooms every week and do a great Job. There is another staff member that works at night Stephanie that always talks with my girlfriend at is super sweet also. It does not cost anything to be nice and get to know people especially if you plan on being there for a long stay. Keep up the great work. Super Kuddos to STEPHANIE, JESUS, JENNY & WlLL. This is probably the best best western I’ve seen in a long time. Very nice very clean freshly renovated excellent price right on the highway very secure highly recommend. The staff was amazing the grounds looked great very well-maintained.

Checked in on 4/23 for one night…prices jacked up because Fiesta Texas is going on..but I noticed only ten cars at the hotel..ask if they were going to be full..clerk said we’re getting there..next morning still nobody staying there ..only 2 people at breakfast at 8 am…to me that skimming the public…next issue as the rooms..was given room 100..could only get luke warm water..went back and told the clerk..switched to room 201…TV was on one channel..remote wouldn’t switch channels..no use going back to the clerk..her demeanor was just going through the motions..not too friendly..I see a quality control issue going on at this place..won’t be staying there again.
