The location is very good. The room is not particularly big but quite cozy. It was after 7 o'clock when I arrived. The room key was taken from the box at the entrance. There is a kitchen and a place for entertaining together.

The room is relatively small and the luggage cannot be opened, so it is suitable for backpackers

The interior was new and clean. Also, the kitchen seemed to be well kept, so I was able to cook comfortably. Art galleries and botanical gardens are nearby, making it easy to sightsee in a good location. However, the drainage in the bathroom is poor, so be careful not to flush too much water.

The double room has bunk beds and is very comfortable. There are curtains on the bed. It pays great attention to privacy. There is also a large kitchen where you can cook what you like. It is cost-effective and the location is good. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the cathedral and the botanical garden, and the surrounding food and transportation are convenient. The hotel environment is quiet and hygienic. We are very satisfied.

Great hostel! Only thing is louldy bangig doors and music playing inside rooms from 9am until 10pm. Short walk away from Riverside and even shorter walk to botanical gardens and park.

Great location. Close to communication and central aktivities. Practical interior making a dorm feel private.

The only HOSTEL I have ever seen to not give a refund when canceling 2 weeks in advance after explaining the event was cancelled and all the other things that ive already lost money on. I had every intention of staying. Paid in full when I booked. Did not see the small print at all. Feeling like I've been scammed and then had the worst customer service, even made a joke about not getting to go to the concert. Way to kick people while they are down. Terrible people. Would definitely have stayed in the future but now would hope this at least stops one other person from going there. What a bunch of (insert ever bad word I've ever learned here GRRR). HOSTELS normally let you cancel upto 3 days before.

Had a very comfortable and convenient 4 day stay in female 4 bed ensuit room. Everything was great. Only issue I had was the noise coming from closing of doors out of other rooms with bangs and loud noises in the middle of the night other than that I had a lovely stay. I would highly recommend it.
